摘要：建筑行业发展到今天，在很多方面都发生了很大的变化。目前建筑幕墙装饰工程的数量在不断地增加，各种类型的安全施工也是层出不穷，这就为建筑幕墙装饰工程的顺利施工带来了一定的难度。从近些年来我国的建筑幕墙装饰施工来看，虽然工程施工的安全性有所增强，但是由于幕墙装饰工程的施工环境比较复杂，所使用的材料种类比较多，有部分施工材料具有一定的可燃性，同时在整个施工中需要较多的专业人员，这就在一定程度上增加了施工现场安全管理难度。所以，文章中分析了建筑幕墙装饰施工的特点，并对其现场安全管理对策进行了探究。

Abstract： With the development of the construction industry today， great changes have taken place in many aspects. At present， the number of building curtain wall decoration projects is increasing， and various types of safe construction are emerging one after another， which brings some difficulties to the smooth construction of building curtain wall decoration projects. From the perspective of curtain wall decoration construction in China in recent years， although the safety of project construction has been enhanced， due to the complex construction environment of curtain wall decoration project and many types of materials used， some construction materials have certain flammability， and more professionals are required in the whole construction， this increases the difficulty of safety management on the construction site to a certain extent. Therefore， this paper analyzes the characteristics of building curtain wall decoration construction， and probes into its on-site safety management countermeasures.

一、前言

從建筑物施工来看，幕墙属于建筑物中不承重的一种外墙护围，其是建筑技术与建筑艺术融合之下的一种产物[1]。近些年来随着建筑市场竞争的激烈化发展，我国建筑幕墙企业都致力于抢占市场，以期获得更多的收益。由于建筑幕墙装饰工程属于建筑工程中重要的组成部分，同时满足了人们在物质及精神方面的需求，所以强化建筑幕墙装饰施工现场的安全管理逐渐地成为企业关注的重点问题[2]。因此，针对建筑幕墙装饰施工中存在的安全隐患必须采取相应的安全管理措施，全面提升幕墙装饰施工的安全性。……
