摘要：近些年，因为土木工程在操控施工质量上有着很多不足的地方，再加上并未创立起健全的质量操控体制，导致施工期间还存有很多的质量问题。现下的土木工程企业需要将合理的质量操控作为基础，借助现代化的质量操控和有关管理模式来推动企业内部施工质量的操控水平，确保土木工程的施工质量能够达标，并且借助合理化的质量操控和管理能够使企业的整体管理得以顺利进行，对土木工程实际的施工部质量进行有效地管理和操控是目前提高施工质量当中的重点，同时也是提高施工水平与管理能力的主要保障。

Abstract： In recent years， there are many deficiencies in the control of construction quality in civil engineering and a sound quality control system has not been established， resulting in many quality problems during construction. Nowadays， civil engineering enterprises need to take reasonable quality control as the basis， promote the control level of internal construction quality with the help of modern quality control and relevant management modes， ensure that the construction quality of civil engineering can reach the standard， and make the overall management of the enterprise go smoothly with the help of reasonable quality control and management. Effective management and control of the actual construction quality of civil engineering is not only the focus of improving the construction quality， but also the main guarantee to improve the construction level and management ability.

一、引言

土木工程具體指的是运用在对应的施工设施与建筑材料，对工程当中的基础设备开展施工建设期间被自然因素所影响，在施工建设期间极易出现不同形式的质量问题[1]。因此，土木工程的施工质量操控就是工程建设当中的一项重点工作。需要依据土木工程实际施工期间极易存在的质量问题运用合理化的措施解决，设定适合工程的施工方案，以免施工建设期间存在影响施工质量的因素。在源头上提升土木工程施工具体的施工质量[2]。本篇文章就当下土木工程施工当中质量操控所存在的问题进行分析，并针对于此提出一些有效的控制措施，希望可以给大家带来帮助。……
