摘    要： 赤苍藤（Erythropalum scandens Blume）是一种具有开发潜力的新兴药食同源植物，在广西、贵州、海南、广东等地有较长的利用和栽培繁育历史。目前，人工种植处于快速发展期，种植面积和产量逐步增长，产业规模初见雏形，产业发展有待深入发掘。华南、西南地区作为赤苍藤的重要主产区，具有良好的气候及资源优势，发展赤苍藤产业的潜力巨大。通过分析赤苍藤的当前现状，运用SWOT模型分析法对广西赤苍藤产业进行研究，进而提出赤苍藤产业发展的主要限制因素和解决对策，包括选育优良品种、解决繁育技术难题等，以促进赤苍藤产业的发展。

The current situation and development measures of Guangxis industry of Erythropalum scandens as a vegetable with edible and medicinal uses

Abstract： Erythropalum scandens Blume is a perennial woody vine featuring both edible and medicinal uses. With is value in these two aspects， it has a long history of use and a certain level of cultivation and breeding technology research in Guangxi. Being safe， reliable， richly nutritious， pleasant with delicate fragrance， among other edible features， Erythropalum scandens Bl. is an excellent forest vegetable variety to supplement and enrich peoples dining tables. In terms of its medicine use， it has significant effects such as diuretic detoxification， anti-inflammatory and antioxidant results， and others， making it potential to become a new-generation plant-derived therapeutic medicine. At present， the majority of Erythropalum scandens Bl. available on the market are picked from the wilderness， while its artificial cultivation is still rudimentary. With its planting area and yield still gradually growing， its industry has not yet formed a scale， awaiting in-depth industrial development. Guangxi， as a vital main production area of Erythropalum scandens Bl.， features good climatic and resource advantages， thus showing great potentials to develop the industry of Erythropalum scandens Bl.. By analyzing the current situation of Erythropalum scandens Bl. in Guangxi， the paper then uses SWOT model analysis to study the industry of Erythropalum scandens Bl. in Guangxi， proposes its development measures， including selecting and breeding excellent varieties and solving breeding technology issues， so as to promote the industry of Erythropalum scandens Bl.

赤蒼藤（Erythropalum scandens Blume）又名姑娘菜、牛耳藤、萎藤、勾华、侧苋、细绿藤等，为喀斯特地貌特有植物，属多年生木质藤本植物，主要在热带及亚热带地区分布，其主产地位于华南地区以及贵州、云南等地的中低海拔区域，周边东南亚国家也有分布。赤苍藤既是一种药食同源植物，也是一种具有喀斯特地貌恢复、水土保持功能的特色经济作物，同时还具有绿色安全、营养价值丰富、口感清香宜人等食用特点，是补充和丰富人民餐桌的优异森林蔬菜品种。据文献[1-2]记载，赤苍藤全草入药，性平味苦，入肝、肾二经，其茎可利尿医黄疸、治风湿骨痛，根可祛水肿医跌打损伤，嫩叶还可作为蔬菜食用，清香宜口且风味独特，食用方式包括鲜食、炒食、做馅、熬汤、煲粥、腌渍等。……
