摘    要： 现代农业产业体系是农业农村现代化建设的重要一环，设施农业作为现代农业的重要表现形式，其产业体系的构建对于深入推进农业供给侧结构性改革，加快现代农业高质量发展具有重要意义。以北京设施农业发展为例，从产业布局、技术创新、产业化经营、社会化服务、产业功能拓展等方面分析北京设施农业产业体系的构建现状，针对播种面积缩减、设施陈旧老化、产业融合不深、生产经营小而散后继乏人等因素导致的蔬菜自给率偏低、设施利用率不高、高质量发展不足、产业化程度不高、利益联结不紧等突出问题，从集群式发展、设施升级、科技创新、产业链延伸、服务主体培育等环节切入，提出加快构建高效设施农业产业体系的对策建议。

Construction of facility agriculture industry system in Beijing： current situation， problems and countermeasures

Abstract： Modern agricultural industrial system is an important part of agricultural and rural modernization. As an important form of modern agriculture， the construction of facility agriculture industrial system is very important for accelerate the high-quality development of modern agriculture. The development of facility agriculture in Beijing was used to test in this research， the construction status of Beijing facility agriculture industrial system were investigated，  including industrial layout， technological innovation， industrialized management， socialized service and function expansion， etc， aiming at the problems of the low self-sufficiency rate of vegetables， low utilization rate of facilities， lack of high-quality development， which caused by the reduction of planting area， old and aging facilities， low degree of industrialization， small production and management， and lack of successors， from the aspects of cluster development， facility upgrading， scientific and technological innovation， industrial chain extension and service subject cultivation，  some countermeasures and suggestions were offered to speed up the construction of efficient facility agriculture industrial system in this paper.

現代农业产业体系是由农业生产、加工、销售、服务等诸多方面相互作用、相互衔接、相互支撑形成的有机整体，是农业产业化的高端形式 [1-2]。产业体系建设有利于推进农业产业的延伸化发展，提高农业产业附加值和农业竞争力[3]。学术界提出构建现代农业产业体系两个途径，一是推进农业多功能拓展 [4];二是深化农业分工，推进农业产业链条延伸[5]。建设内容包括优化市场农业产业布局 [6]，推进生产经营、加工、流通、服务等体系建设 [7]，培育加工龙头企业等产业化经营组织等。设施农业体现了现代农业发展的先进技术，是北京都市型现代农业的重要表现形式，其产值约占北京农业总产值的1/2，在首都农业生产中占有重要地位[8]。……
