摘 要 对突发公共卫生事件下美国大学图书馆开展的教学服务进行分析和研究，为国内高校图书馆教学服务创新提供参考。论文通过网站调查、文献调研对美国大学图书馆教学服务进行调查、分析，总结其教学服务特征，结合国内高校图书馆实践，提出一些思考与建议：提高应急服务意识，加强虚拟教学服务模式建设;开展技术创新，促进教学服务转型升级;加快课程资源建设，打造多功能教学服务平台;提升馆员服务能力，嵌入课程教学中开展层次化服务。

Abstract This paper analyzes and studies the teaching service of American academic libraries under public health emergencies， so as to provide references for the innovation of teaching service of domestic university libraries. Through the methods of website survey and literature survey， the paper investigates and analyzes the teaching services of American academic libraries， and summarizes the characteristics of teaching services. Then it puts forward suggestions based on the practice of domestic academic libraries， including improving emergency service sense and strengthening the construction of virtual teaching service mode， carrying out technological innovation to promote the transformation of teaching service， speeding up the construction of curriculum resources and building a multifunctional teaching service platform， and enhancing the service ability of librarians， embedded in the course teaching to carry out hierarchical service.

0 引言

2020年伊始，突如其来的新型冠状病毒引发肺炎疫情在全球蔓延。2020年1月30日，世界卫生组织总干事宣布新冠病毒感染肺炎（Corona Virus Disease 2019，COVID-19）列为“国际关注的公共卫生紧急事件”（PHEIC）[1]。新冠肺炎疫情给人类工作与健康生活带来危机，也给全球图书馆带来考验。如何应急处理突发公共卫生事件以更好地发挥图书馆职能作用，成为图书馆界共同努力目标。

面对突发公共卫生事件，我国高校图书馆积极应对，郭亚军[2]、刘丽娟[3]等学者对全国高校图书馆开展应急管理与服务调查研究发现，高校图书馆应急服务取得较好效果。在教学服务应急方面，一些大学图书馆建立教学资源保障平台，支撑远程教学服务，如上海交通大学图书馆突击构建数字加工平台，满足3650册次的文献需求，借助2012年启用的电子教参系统“智慧泛在课堂”（ERBS），推出信息素养课程[4]。……
