摘 要 论文以Web of Science和CNKI数据库作为数據来源，利用LDA模型和Vosviewer分析国内外图书馆信息资源建设研究的主题分布。通过对比发现国内图书馆在信息资源建设程度、信息资源建设方向、信息资源服务水平方面与国外存在较大差距，针对国内图书馆信息资源建设研究存在的不足，论文从推进“全民阅读”工程、制定馆藏发展政策、加强图书馆馆员队伍建设、加强数字化智慧图书馆建设、提升图书馆学科服务水平等方面提出国内信息资源建设的发展策略。

Abstract In this paper， Web of Science and CNKI databases are used as data sources to analyze the topic distribution of library information resource construction research at home and abroad using the LDA model and Vosviewer. Through comparison， it is found that there is a big gap between domestic and foreign libraries in terms of the degree of information resources construction， the direction of information resources construction， and the level of information resources service. In order to address the shortcomings of domestic library information resources construction research， this paper aims at promoting the “Reading for All” project， formulating collection development policy， and strengthening the construction of librarian team. The development strategy of domestic information resource construction is proposed in terms of strengthening the construction of digital smart libraries and improving the level of library services.

0 引言

随着互联网、大数据、人工智能的飞速发展，海量数据已经逐渐渗透到人们生活的方方面面，信息资源建设的概念也随着互联网、大数据的发展不断外延，从印刷文献建设过渡到多源载体建设[1]。然而，我国图书馆信息资源建设程度与发达国家相比仍有一定差距，后者的图书馆信息资源建设已经积累了丰富的经验，无论是出版物呈缴、特色资源建设，还是文献资源的保存都发展得较为成熟[2]。在大数据时代，信息已然成为生产力诸要素中最活跃的因素，信息资源由此成为了推动国民经济和社会发展最具活力的资源，是国家信息化发展战略的重要组成部分。由此可见，信息资源建设对国家和社会的发展具有重要意义，这也引发了学术界与产业界的广泛关注，国内外学者分别从内涵、技术应用及实践案例等多个方面对信息资源建设进行了广泛研究与讨论。……
