摘 要 《江苏艺文志》初编本于上世纪90年代陆续出版，而今增订本也于2019年10月问世。南京师范大学江庆柏先生携江苏省内一批地方文史研究学者通过穷搜博采和实地查阅对原本的缺失、讹误现象进行了大量考证、求实，为学界绘制了一幅更加完整、更加丰富的江苏学人著述全景，也彰显了江苏学人孜孜不倦、精益求精的学术传统。期待今后其他各省地方艺文志编纂工作能够有所推进，以早日实现一部完整的国史艺文志。

Abstract The first edition of Jiangsu Art and Literature History was published successively in the 1990s， and the updated edition is published in October 2019. Mr. Jiang Qingbai from Nanjing Normal University， together with a group of local scholars of literature and history in Jiangsu Province， through extensive search and on-the-spot inspection of the original defects and errors of the textual research， and drew a more complete and richer panorama of the writings of Jiangsu scholars. It also demonstrates the academic tradition of Jiangsu scholars who are tireless and striving for excellence. It is hoped that in the future， the compilation of local art and literature records in other provinces can be promoted， so that a complete compilation of national history and art records can be realized as soon as possible.

上世紀六十、八十年代，国内曾掀起两次新修地方志的高潮，但作为史志书目分支的“艺文志“，却没有得到新方志编撰部门的应有重视。编制地方艺文志，既是梳理一地著者及其著作目录的重要途径，更能有效充实当前的史志书目体系，亦有助于推进一地学术文化研究的深入开展，实乃嘉惠士林之举。

江苏历史上文人学士众多，留下了大量内容丰富的著述，记录了重要的学术研究成果和丰富的人文历史风貌，它们凝结着先哲往贤的聪明才智和心血。有鉴于此，在上世纪八十年代末，南京师范大学教授赵国璋、江庆柏先生分别担任主编、副主编，并联合来自江苏省多所高校的一批地方文史研究学者，开始着手《江苏艺文志》的编撰工作。

《江苏艺文志》初编，在1994—1996年间由江苏人民出版社出版。该书是以1990年江苏省行政区划为分卷标准的大型地方文献书目，比较系统全面地著录了从上古到民国时期（1911年）的江苏籍人士（包括部分外省流寓并定居江苏地域者）的著述，采用“以年系人，以人系书”的编写方式，以便于“知人论书，因书知人”。……
