摘要：目的 探讨流行性感冒患者行连花清瘟胶囊的治疗效果。方法 随机抽取2019年6月-2020年6月于我院接受治疗的流行性感冒患者60例，按照治疗方法的区别分为2组，各30例。参照组（奥司他韦），观察组（连花清瘟胶囊），对比两组退热时间、咳嗽缓解时间以及治疗效果。结果 观察组在治疗有效率上，明显高于参照组（P<0.05）。观察组在退热时间、咳嗽缓解时间上，明显短于参照组（P<0.05）。结论 连花清瘟胶囊可以缩短症状消失时间，保证治疗效果，值得大力推广应用。

[Abstract]Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Lianhua Qingwen Capsule on patients with influenza. Methods 60 patients with influenza who were treated in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were randomly selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods，30 cases in each group. The control group（oseltamivir）and the observation group（Lianhua Qingwen capsule）. The antipyretic time，cough relief time and treatment effect of the two groups were compared. Results the effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the reference group（P < 0.05）. The fever abatement time and cough relief time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group（P < 0.05）. Conclusion Lianhua Qingwen capsule can shorten the disappearance time of symptoms and ensure the therapeutic effect，which is worthy of popularization and application.

流行性感冒是世界范围内的常见呼吸道感染疾病，此病的病原体为流感病毒，此病毒在进入人体后会导致人体出现一系列感染症状，并且此病具有明显的传播性，可通过飞沫、接触进行传播，其可见于各个年龄群体。罹患此病的患者存在有发热、咳嗽、头痛等症状【1】。而在流行性感冒的治疗上，临床主要以口服药物治疗为主，其中，连花清瘟胶囊为此病治疗的常用药物【2】。对此，本次实验将围绕流行性感冒患者行连花清瘟胶囊的治疗效果开展研究论述，详细报道如下：

1 资料和方法

1.1一般资料

随机抽取2019年6月-2020年6月于我院接受治疗的流行性感冒患者60例，按照治疗方法的区别分为2组，各30例。参照组男10例，女20例，年龄21 -66岁，平均年龄（45.28±6.71）岁;观察组男9例，女21例，年龄21-67岁，平均年龄（45.83±6.28）岁;组间差异并不显著（P>0.05）。纳入标准：加入研究的患者均经诊断确诊为流行性感冒;可以配合完成临床调查者。排除标准：确切药物过敏史者;排除存在其他严重疾病者;病史资料不完整者。

1.2方法

1.2.1参照组

参照组应用奥司他韦治疗，每天2次，每次75mg，连续用药7天。
