摘要：目的 分析嗜酸乳杆菌片联合小儿腹泻贴治疗小儿急性腹泻效果。方法 将70例小儿急性腹泻患儿以随机抽签法分组，对照组（35例）采取嗜酸乳杆菌片治疗，观察组联合嗜酸乳杆菌片治疗。对比治疗效果及心肌损伤改善情况。结果 观察组治疗有效率相比对照组更高（P<0.05）。观察组治疗后LDH、CK-MB、CK指标均低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 嗜酸乳杆菌片联合小儿腹泻贴共同用于小儿急性腹泻的治疗中，可有效缓解腹泻症状，减少心肌损伤，应用效果显著。

[Abstract]Objective To analyze the effect of Lactobacillus acidophilus tablets combined with infantile diarrhea paste in the treatment of infantile acute diarrhea. Methods 70 cases of children with acute diarrhea were randomly divided into control group（35 cases）and observation group（35 cases）. The therapeutic effect and improvement of myocardial injury were compared. Results the effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group（P < 0.05）. After treatment，LDH，CK-MB and CK indexes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group（P < 0.05）. Conclusion Lactobacillus acidophilus tablets combined with infantile diarrhea paste in the treatment of infantile acute diarrhea can effectively relieve the symptoms of diarrhea，reduce myocardial injury，and the application effect is significant.

小兒急性腹泻起病急且发展迅速，可在短时间内引发患儿脱水、酸中毒等症状【1】，该疾病一般由病毒感染引起，不仅会影响胃肠道健康，还会引发肠道外病变，其中心肌损伤就是严重的并发症之一【2】。针对小儿急性腹泻，临床一般采用嗜酸乳杆菌片调节患儿肠道菌群平衡，达到缓解腹泻的效果，但对不同患儿的治疗效果存在差异【3】。本次研究为进一步提升治疗效果，将小儿腹泻用于小儿急性腹泻的联合治疗中，分析治疗效果。现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

将2019年8月-2020年7月收治的70例小儿急性腹泻患儿纳入研究，以随机抽签法分组。观察组，男20例，女15例，年龄7个月-5岁，平均（3.5±0.6）岁。对照组，男23例，女12例，年龄8个月-6岁，平均（3.8±0.4）岁。纳入标准：患儿符合《实用儿科学》对小儿感染性腹泻的诊断标准，患儿及家属对本研究知情同意;排除标准：存在脓血便、里急后重症状或者腹泻时间在48h以上者;先天性心脏病或消化不良患儿;存在呼吸系统感染者;肝肾、心脏功能不全者。精神病患儿。研究经医院伦理委员会批准。分组资料，具有同质性（P>0.05）。
