[摘    要 ]主要分析影响火电厂建筑工程设备安装和调试管理工作的因素，探讨火电厂建设工程设备调试的关键要素，提出加强火电厂建设工程设备安装和调试管理工作的有效措施，以明确火电厂建设工程设备安装和调试管理工作的必要性，转变传统的设备安装和调试管理模式，不断地创新设备安装技术，科学调试，确保火电厂建设工程设备的正常运行，从而提高火电厂的运转效率。
