[摘    要 ]分析大型焦炉生产技术管理实践，与我国大型焦炉发展历程进行结合，对生产技术管理实践中的重点、要点进行分析。目前在大型焦炉生产技术管理中，由于炉顶空间温度偏高、热工指标系数偏低等因素条件的影响，导致大型焦炉生产技术管理效果并不是很理想。因此，要对炉矿进行科学合理地管理和控制，对热工指标进行不断优化和完善，以此保证大型焦炉生产技术管理实践效果。

[Abstract]This article focuses on analyzing the production technology management practices of large-scale coke ovens， combining with the development history of large-scale coke ovens in my country， and analyzing the key points and points in the production technology management practices in detail. At present， in the management of large-scale coke oven production technology， due to the influence of factors such as high temperature in the roof space and low thermal index coefficient， the effect of large-scale coke oven production technology management is not very satisfactory. Therefore， it is necessary to conduct scientific and reasonable management and control of furnaces and mines， and continuously optimize and improve thermal indicators to ensure the practical effects of large-scale coke oven production technology management.

焦爐技术的整个发展形势相对比较良好，焦炉大型化可以被看作是炼焦技术在发展中的主要趋势。大型焦炉在焦炭质量的稳定以及节能环保等方面具有非常重要的特点，同时具有不可取代的优势。我国在大型焦炉的整个运用以及改造中已经实现对现有各类问题的有效处理。与处理过程进行结合，能够不断积累和丰富现有实践经验，对于大型焦炉生产技术管理实践而言，具有非常重要的影响和作用。

1 大型焦炉发展历程

大型焦炉主要是在炼焦技术不断进步和改革发展的背景下，焦炉炭化室容积不断增加而逐渐演变出来的。在20世纪70年代，我国焦炉的雏形是炭化室高5.5 m，而在炭化室高6 m焦炉的应用中，对于我国焦炉大型化发展进程而言，可以起到良好的推进效果。我国自行设计建设的炭化室高6 mJN60型焦炉，在投产之后逐渐成为我国焦炉当中主要炉型。……
