【摘    要】数学是一门基础学科，是我们现实生活中不可或缺的一个重要部分。数学来源于生活，又服务于生活，其重要性不言而喻。但是，在小学数学教学过程中发现，有不少学生对数学这门学科存在一种恐惧心理，害怕上数学课，从而导致产生厌恶上数学的情绪，最终导致数学成绩越来越差。为此，笔者认为首先应该从学生的生活方面、自我信心方面去鼓励并帮助他们;其次，要鼓励学生刻苦认真、勤学多练，找出正确的学习方法。

A Brief Talk on Self-Exploration of Primary School Math Teaching

【Abstract】Mathematics is a basic subject and an indispensable part of our real life. Mathematics comes from life and serves life， its importance is self-evident. However， in the process of elementary school mathematics teaching， it was discovered that many students have a fear of mathematics as a subject. They are afraid of taking mathematics classes， which leads to aversion to mathematics and eventually leads to worse and worse mathematics scores. To this end， the author believes that firstly， students should be encouraged and helped from the aspects of their lives and self-confidence; secondly， students should be encouraged to work hard， study hard， and find the right learning methods.

时光如梭，转眼间我已走上三尺讲台有几个年头了。作为一名还在教育的大道上不断摸索的教师，我一面在不断学习探索各种新的教育理念、教学方法，一面也在感叹教师这个行业的不易，有时候也会对所教学科感觉迷茫，不知所措。下面是我几年来对小学数学教学的一些探究，希望教学的路上，共同成长。

一、联系生活，活学活用

中国著名教育家陶行知先生曾说过：“数学来源于生活，更服务于生活。”我在教小学数学这一门学科的时候，深深体会到陶行知先生所说的这一点的重要性。数学很多方面的知识都来自我们现实生活，而运用最广泛的莫过于乘法口诀了，乘法口诀现在已经成为人们最基本的生活技能之一了。尽管随着时代的发展，现在有很多计算器之类的工具，计算数据非常方便，但冰冷的工具永远不能取代我们灵动的大脑。……
