摘  要：在传统视域中，大学生理想教育一般将价值取向定位于“为未来做准备”，这是特定的社会历史条件赋予理想教育的使命。但这割裂了理想与现实之间的内在联系，造成两者间的矛盾和冲突，使理想教育自身走向工具主义，陷入了困境。随着历史发展主题的转换，以人为本成为教育的内在追求。理想教育的价值取向应回归人的本质，转变为“成就美好生活”，突出人的主体性。大学生理想教育应引导学生辩证看待理想与现实的关系，追求美好生活，追寻生活意义，体验个体存在感、尊严感与获得感。

Abstract： In the traditional perspective， ideal education for college students generally positions the value orientation in "preparing for the future"， which is the mission of ideal education given by specific social and historical conditions. However， this has broken the inner connection between ideal and reality， causing contradictions and conflicts between the two， and making ideal education itself move towards instrumentalism and get into a predicament. With the change of the theme of historical development， people-oriented has become the inherent pursuit of education. The value orientation of ideal education should return to the essence of human beings and transform into "achieving a better life"， highlighting the subjectivity of human beings. The ideal education of college students should guide students to dialectically look at the relationship between ideals and reality， to pursue a better life， to pursue the meaning of life， and to experience the sense of individual existence， dignity and gain.

理想指引方向，引導大学生树立科学的理想观，是高校理想教育的重要课题。理想教育是高校有目的、有组织和有计划地对受教育者理想观念施加影响的教育活动。其旨在引导受教育者树立远大理想，为大学生昭示奋斗目标，提供前进动力。理想教育是我党思想政治工作的本质要求，中国共产党自成立以来，始终把共产主义作为最终的奋斗目标、精神支柱和力量源泉。同时，理想教育也是高校思想政治教育的内在必然，应体现育人原则，遵循教育规律。

当前，大学生理想教育正面临着极大的挑战。这些挑战源于客观形势发展变化出现的新情况，以及教育对象发生了新的变化，还包括多元文化交流带来的观念冲击等。这些都会导致过去行之有效的方式、方法甚至观念不再适应新形势，这就要求大学生理想教育寻求变革与创新。……
