摘  要：人工智能有着高效性、自主性和开放性等特征，在应用型本科院校人才培养中借助人工智能技术通过创建虚拟的学习平台，提供给学生独特的学习环境与模式，极大地提高学生创造力和自主学习能力。本研究以推进应用型本科院校人才培养模式改革事业的发展为目标，结合人工智能时代特征，提出相关改革路径，以期为我国高等教育人才培养事业与时俱进的发展提供有益参考。

Abstract： Artificial intelligence has the characteristics of high efficiency， autonomy and openness. In the talent training of Application-oriented Colleges and universities， artificial intelligence technology is used to create a virtual learning platform to provide students with a unique learning environment and mode， which greatly increases students' creativity and autonomous learning ability. This research aims to promote the development of the reform of the talent training model of applied undergraduate colleges， combines with the characteristics of the artificial intelligence era， and proposes relevant reform paths， hoping to provide a favorable reference for the development of my country's higher vocational education talent training career with the times.

2019年3月5日，十三届全国人大二次会议上，国务院总理李克强在《政府工作报告》中提出“深化大数据、人工智能等研发应用……”^[1]。伴随人工智能产业的快速发展，人工智能技术在教育中的应用也会上升到新的阶段，必然也对高等教育人才培养模式产生新的时代需求^[2]。学界对高校人才培养模式问题做了大量的有益探索，也对人才培养模式的概念有了统一的认识，即在一定的现代教育理论、教育思想指导下，按照特定的培养目标和培养规格，以相对稳定的课程体系和教学内容、管理制度和评估方式，实施人才培养过程的总和。人工智能技术的逐渐成熟和其应用的推广，不断提升的社会需求，实际上已经为高等教育人才培养指明了方向，高等教育应该主动响应这些需求，培养符合人工智能时代需要的高素质人才，因此开展一场结合时代发展方向、具有时代特征的人才培养模式改革刻不容缓。
