摘要 艾草是一类多年生菊科蒿属植物，在我国具有悠久的药用历史。艾草药理作用广泛，具有抗菌、抗病毒、抗氧化和提高机体免疫力等功效。论述了我国艾草的种类与分布、标准化人工栽培技术，结合国内外研究资料概述了艾草在临床药用、食用价值、畜禽饲喂、养生保健等领域的应用，探讨了艾草的加工利用所面临的问题和挑战，以期为艾草资源更合理有效的利用提供理论参考。

Standardized Cultivation Technique and Application Research Progress of  Artemisia argyi  in China

Abstract  Artemisia argyi  was a kind of perennial plants of the genus  Artemisia， Compositae，it had a long medical history in China.It had a wide range of pharmacological effects with antibacterial， antiviral， antioxidant and improve the bodys immunity and other effects.This paper reviewed the species and distribution of  Artemisia argyi  in China， and the standardized artificial cultivation technology， summarized its application in the fields of clinical medicine， edible value， animal feeding， medical care. The problems and challenges faced in the process of utilization were discussed， in order to provide a theoretical reference for more reasonable and effective utilization of   Artemisia argyi  resources.

艾草（ Artemisia argyi ）是菊科蒿属植物，为多年生草本或略成半灌木状植物，植株有浓烈香气，除极干旱与高寒地区外，几乎遍布全国。艾草性味苦、温、辛，有温通经络、驱湿寒、镇痰祛咳、抗菌消炎、理气血、安胎、延年益寿等功效[1]。艾草不仅可以药用，研究发现其应用领域已经深入日常生活的方方面面。目前随着我国綠色农业的发展，规范化生产已成为限制迷迭香发展的主要瓶颈。针对迷迭香生产中管理粗放、缺乏规范化栽培技术等问题，开展迷迭香栽培技术及加工应用途径的研究，对于迷迭香生产技术的规范化、高产和稳产的保障及其推广具有重要意义。

1 艾草的种类及分布

艾草分布广泛，生长在低海拔至中海拔地区的荒地、路旁、河边及山坡，主产区为我国的山东、河南、安徽、湖北等地，其中质量上以湖北蕲州最佳[2]。我国艾蒿品种共计180余种，其中北艾、海艾、蕲艾、祁艾组成了“我国的四大名艾”，在全国各地均有艾草的地方品种和混用品种[3]。……
