摘要随着社会需求的日新月异，创新成为各个领域的重中之重。对于公共管理研究生来言，创新能力也是必不可少的能力。本文通过分析目前国内我国公共管理专业研究生创新能力培养工作现状，从培养学校、学生、导师三个不同角度对当前影响公共管理研究生创新能力培养的主要因素问题进行分析，并提出构建公共管理研究生创新能力培养的新路径。

Research on the Training Path of Public Management Graduate Students' Innovative Ability

AbstractWith the rapid change of social needs，innovation has become the top priority in various fields. For public management graduate students，innovation ability is also an essential ability. By analyzing the current situation of the cultivation of innovation ability of postgraduates majoring in public management in China，this paper analyzes the main factors affecting the cultivation of innovation ability of postgraduates of public management from three different angles：training schools，students and tutors，and puts forward a new path to construct the cultivation of innovation ability of postgraduates of public management.

近年來，随着研究生的数量逐年递增，国家越来越重视研究生能力的培养。在研究生的所有能力培养中，把创新能力培养放在显著位置。教育部在1997年前修订了硕士研究生专业学科目录，在新的硕士研究生专业学科目录中，公共管理与工商管理两个学科也被并列为一级学科，公共管理专业也是在这个时候开始被高度重视。我国公共管理研究生教育的培养目标主要是为了向政府、事业单位等公共组织部门输送高层次管理人才。而对于高校培养公共管理专业人才来言，创新能力无疑是他们不可缺少的重要能力之一，因此在公共管理硕士研究生的人才培养工作过程中也就需要不断着重培养公共管理研究生的自主创新能力，为我国社会各界培养培育出更多的优秀创新型管理人才。
