【摘  要】随着我国经济的发展，桥梁工程建设日趋完善，成为推动我国经济发展的重要项目。其中，桥梁工程的基础施工水平决定了桥梁的质量，而桥梁工程与人们的生活息息相关，可方便群众出行，因此，桥梁建设对于人们来说尤为重要。然而，在桥梁建设过程中，需要运用大量资金，所以建设前期的工程经济预算与建设时的成本控制尤为重要。为保证桥梁建设过程中资金得到合理运用，并在保证质量的同时减少成本，论文阐述了经济预算与成本控制的重要性及原则，分析了桥梁工程经济预算与成本控制存在的问题，并根据问题提出了应对策略。

【Abstract】With the development of China's economy， bridge engineering construction is becoming more and more perfect， which has become an important project to promote China's economic development. Among them， the level of foundation construction of bridge engineering determines the quality of the bridge， and the bridge engineering is closely related to people's life， which can facilitate people's travel. Therefore， the bridge construction is particularly important for people. However， in the process of bridge construction， a lot of funds need to be used， so the economic budget of the engineering in the early stage of construction and the cost control during construction are particularly important. In order to ensure the reasonable use of funds in the process of bridge construction， and reduce the cost while ensuring the quality， this paper expounds the importance and principles of economic budget and cost control， analyzes the problems existing in the economic budget and cost control of bridge engineering， and puts forward coping strategies according to these problems.

1 引言

随着我国桥梁建设行业的改革与经济发展，工程建设企业之间的竞争也越来越激烈。在这种环境下，若想推动桥梁建设企业的有效发展，应对桥梁工程的经济预算与成本控制做好管理工作，在保证桥梁质量的同时，减少成本的投入，为企业带来更大的利益，从而侧面提升企业在社会和市场中的竞争力。然而，从当前形势来看，对于桥梁工程经济预算与成本控制的相关管理依旧存在方法欠缺、人员素质低等现象。因此，若想发挥桥梁建设的有效意义，确保桥梁企业的正常运行，应对经济预算与成本控制采取相应的控制策略。

2 经济预算与成本控制的重要性及原则

在桥梁施工过程中，前期的工程设计及工程造价是尤为重要的，可保证企业获得一定的利润，在竞争激烈的市场中站稳脚跟，而项目成本预算是桥梁建设企业获得较高经济收益的重要保证。……
