【摘  要】在经济全球化、信息技术迅速发展的背景下，中小企业之间的竞争加剧。提升中小企业的发展能力是我国经济建设的核心环节。如何优化中小企业的成本控制策略、解决成本控制中存在的问题已经成为学术界研究的热点问题。论文以中小企业为研究对象，对其成本控制现状进行分析，总结中小企业在成本控制中存在的问题，提出了优化中小企业成本控制的措施及方案。

【Abstract】Under the background of economic globalization and the rapid development of information technology， the competition between small and medium-sized enterprises is intensifying. Improving the development ability of small and medium-sized enterprises is the core link of China's economic construction. How to optimize the cost control strategies of small and medium-sized enterprises and solve the problems existing in cost control has become a hot problem for academic research. This paper takes small and medium-sized enterprises as the research object， analyzes the current situation of their cost control， summarizes the problems existing in the cost control of small and medium-sized enterprises， and puts forward the measures and schemes to optimize the cost control of small and medium-sized enterprises.

1 引言

现如今，在新时代经济背景下，企业之间的竞争逐渐加剧，企业财务管理的核心问题就是如何能够更好地进行成本控制，实现高效的成本控制管理模式，这对企业而言既是机遇，也是挑战[1]。我国作为发展中国家，中小企业是我国民营企业的重要组成部分[2]。工业和信息化部等四部委发布的《关于印发中小企业划型标准规定的通知》指出，从业人员20～1000人或营业收入300～4000万元的企业统称为中小企业，按照行业划分，目前我国中小企业共15种行业，其中，中小企业在我国各类行业中所占比重如图1所示。而在我国所有的企业中，中小企业数量最多，工业和信息化部的报告数据显示，截至2020年底，我国中小企业数量已超过3000万家，占据全国企业总数量的97%，在新增就业机会中，中小企业更是占到了80%。对于多数中小企业而言，其目标就是实现自身经济效益的最大化，而进行成本控制是实现这一目标的重要手段。……
