摘  要：振兴教师教育是新时代国家作出的重要战略部署，全面提升師范类专业学生核心素养是强化教师教育的关键所在。文章以池州学院师范类专业学生核心素养培养中存在问题为切入点，诠释了师范类专业学生核心素养内涵，提出了促进师范类专业学生核心素养培养的五大机制，对指导师范类专业建设具有启示意义。

Abstract： The revitalization of teacher education is an important national strategic deployment in the new era， and the key to strengthen teacher education is to comprehensively improve the core quality of the students majoring in normal universities. Taking the problems existing in the cultivation of the core quality of the normal students in Chizhou University as the starting point， this paper interprets the connotation of the core quality of the students majoring in normal universities， and puts forward five mechanisms to promote the cultivation of the core quality of the students majoring in normal universities， which is of great significance to the construction of the majors in normal universities.

党的十九大报告中，习近平总书记提出要“优先发展教育事业”，如何落实教育优先地位，教师队伍建设是关键。早在2012年8月，国务院发布了《国务院关于加强教师队伍建设的意见》，提出了培养高素质专业化教师队伍目标，2018年1月中共中央、国务院发布了《中共中央 国务院关于全面深化新时代教师队伍建设改革的意见》指出：“大力振兴教师教育”“到2035年，教师综合素质、专业化水平和创新能力大幅提升”， 2018年3月，教育部等五部门印发《教师教育振兴行动计划（2018-2022年）》，可见新时代教师教育正面临着大发展春天，如何发展教师教育，全面提升师范类专业学生核心素养是关键，为此构建师范类专业核心素养提升机制显得尤为重要。
