摘  要：互联网是大学生学习和生活的重要组成部分，而伴随着其特点衍生的网络欺凌已经成为各高校思政教育中不可忽视的问题，大学生相对不成熟的价值观及互联网上虚拟的环境往往会导致其难以把控分寸，对被欺凌对象造成一定的心理伤害且难以维权。本研究利用问卷调查的方式对大学生的网络欺凌现状进行收集描述，且针对当前网络欺凌的特征、表现形式和控制变量的差异性表现进行了初步探讨，并对其破解路径进行发掘，进而就如何预防和解决大学生网络欺凌行为提出对策建议。

Abstract： The internet is an important part of the study and life of college students， and the cyber bullying derived from its characteristics has become a problem that cannot be ignored in the ideological and political education of colleges and universities. The relatively immature values of college students and the virtual environment on the Internet often make it difficult for them. Proper control will cause a certain amount of psychological harm to the bullied object and it is difficult to defend their rights. This study uses questionnaire surveys to collect and describe the status quo of cyberbullying among college students， and conducts a preliminary discussion on the current cyberbullying characteristics， manifestations， and differences in control variables， and explores its cracking paths， and then how to propose countermeasures and suggestions to prevent and solve cyberbullying behaviors of college students.

2020年9月，CNNIC发布的第46次《中国互联网络发展状况统计报告》显示，截至2020年6月，我国网民规模为9.40亿。网络已成为青年学生获取信息的主要媒介，网络信息技术的高速发展往往出现与之不相匹配的信息交换，存在着高隐蔽性与可伪装性，这将会使大学生对于意见不合的信息进行近乎扭曲的批判，甚至出现网络欺凌现象，如：网络论战、骚扰、诋毁、模仿、揭露及网络跟踪等[1]。此类的网络负面影响给大学生的身心健康带来了极大的威胁，特别是网络欺凌已成为目前青少年网络生活中的一种负面体现。网络欺凌相对传统欺凌而言，其伤害性更加严重[2]。网络欺凌在某种程度上是一种心理虐待，将会导致被欺凌者的心理创伤，并可能会使被欺凌……
