【摘 要】 目的：优化舒肝颗粒（广西方）的醇提工艺。方法：通过单因素试验筛选影响醇提工艺的关键因素，以乙醇体积分数、提取溶剂加入量、提取时间为考察因素，以提取液中迷迭香酸、虎杖苷、大黃素的总含量与浸膏得率的综合评分为评价指标，采用Box-Behnken 设计-响应面法优化舒肝颗粒（广西方）的醇提工艺，并进行验证实验。 结果：最佳醇取工艺条件为加入12倍量60%乙醇，提取2次，每次加热回流80 min。验证试验中3批样品提取后的综合评分为99.54%，与模型预测值98.16%相比较，相对误差为0.46%（RSD=0.40%，n=3）。结论：优化的醇提工艺合理可行，可为舒肝颗粒（广西方）的工艺研究提供参考。

Abstract：Objective To optimize the alcohol extraction technology of Shugan granules （Prescription of Guangxi）.Methods Screening of key factors influencing the alcohol extraction process by single factor tests.Using volume fractions of alcohol，volume of addition and extraction time as factors，taking comprehensive scoring value of the total contents of rosmarinic acid，polydatin， emodin and the yield of extract as evaluation index，Box-Behnken design-response surface method was used to optimize the alcohol extraction technology of Shugan granules（Prescription of Guangxi）.Validation test was also conducted.Results The optimal extraction technology was adding 12 times of 60% alcohol，extracting for 2 times，reflexing for 80min each time.In validation test，the average of comprehensive scoring value was 99.54%，the relative deviation of which to predicted value （98.16%） was 0.46% for 3 batches of samples （RSD=0.40%，n=3）.Conclusions The optimized alcohol precipitation process for Shugan granules （Prescription of Guangxi） is rational and feasible， which can provide a reference for process studies in the future.

舒肝颗粒（广西方）由夏枯草、茵陈、虎杖等9味药材加工而成，具有疏肝开郁、清热解毒、化湿健脾之功效，是治疗黄疸型及非黄疸型急性肝炎的良方。方中夏枯草为君药，虎杖为臣药，均有保肝作用。临床研究表明，夏枯草所含的迷迭香酸通过减轻肝脏炎症反应，改善肝纤维化，缓解急性肝损伤来保护肝功能[1-2];虎杖中的虎杖苷具有保护肝脏、抗炎、抗肝癌、降低脂肪肝的作用，大黄素能有效改善肝功能，降低血脂，减轻肝脏炎症[3-4]。本研究采用Box-Behnken设计-响应面法优化舒肝颗粒（广西方）的醇提工艺，为后续舒肝颗粒（广西方）的工艺研究提供参考依据。
