【摘 要】 目的：探析中醫乌发专利方药的用药组方规律。方法： 以“乌发”“中医”“白发”“黑发”“药”“组方”为主要检索词对中国期刊全文数据库（ CNKI）专利数据库进行全面检索，根据制定的标准筛查和提取处方，得到相关处方，应用数据挖掘技术分析中医乌发专利方药的用药组方规律。 结果：共筛选出相关处方779条;使用频次排名前10的中药为：何首乌、芝麻（黑）、枸杞、熟地黄、黑豆、当归、桑葚、女贞子、墨旱莲和核桃仁;药性频次依次为：平、温、寒、微温、微寒、凉、热和大热;药味频次依次为：甘、苦、辛、酸、涩、微苦、淡、咸和微甘;归经频次前5依次为：足厥阴肝经、足少阴肾经、足太阴脾经、手太阴肺经和手少阴心经;药物归类前5为：补虚药、清热药、收涩药、解表药和理气药。通过关联与聚类分析挖掘出中医乌发专利方药的配伍规律。结论：通过数据挖掘技术发现中医乌发方药的应用存在一定的规律，临床用药较为广泛，但许多高频中药、核心关联组合与聚类集群，可直接配伍组成相关方药处方，为临床应用提供参考和指导。

Abstract：Objective To explore the Composing Principles of Traditional Chinese medical about Wufa Patent. Methods The related prescriptions about Wufa Patent were electronically searched from China National Knowledge Infrastructure（CNKI） patent database with the Keywords “Wufa”，“Chinese medicine”，“white hair”，“black hair”，“medicine” and “group prescription”. Patent screening and Data extraction were implemented for the literature which met the inclusive criteria.Using data mining technology to analyze the prescription rules of traditional Chinese medicine Wufa patent. Results A total of 216 related prescriptions were screened out.The top 10 Chinese medicines： Polygonum multiflorum，sesame （black），wolfberry，radix rehmanniae，black bean，angelica，mulberry，privet，hydrangea and walnut kernel;the frequency of medicinal properties according to priority： flat，warm，cold，Slightly warm，slightly cold，cold，hot，and hot;the frequency of drug taste： sweet，bitter，spicy，sour，astringent，slightly bitter，light，salty，and slightly sweet;the top 5 of meridian：Jueyin Liver Meridian of Foot，Shaoyin Kidney Meridian of Foot，Taiyin Spleen Meridian of Foot，Taiyin Lung Meridian of Hand and Shaoyin Heart Meridian of Hand.The top 5 classification of drugs： Tonic Deficiency Drugs，Heat-Removing Drugs，Astringent Drugs，Relieving Drugs，Qi-Relieving Drugs. By association and cluster analysis， the Composing Principles of Traditional Chinese medical about Wufa Patent was developed. Conclusion Through data mining technology，it is found that there are certain rules in the application of Wufa prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine，clinical medicines are widely used. However，many high-frequency traditional Chinese medicines，core association combinations and clustering clusters can be directly combined to form relevant prescriptions，providing reference and reference for clinical application guide.
