摘 要：随着新技术的迅速发展，人们以传统材料为基础，开发出新材料，从而满足新兴产业的发展需求，调整传统产业结构。凭借优异的性能，新材料被广泛应用于机械制造领域。本文从新材料与机械制造的产业现状入手，阐述了新材料在机械制造领域的应用及其影响，以期将新材料更好地应用于机械制造中。

Abstract： With the rapid development of new technologies， people have developed new materials based on traditional materials to meet the development needs of emerging industries and adjust the structure of traditional industries. With excellent performance， new materials are widely used in the field of machinery manufacturing. This paper started with the status quo of new materials and machinery manufacturing， expounded the application and influence of new materials in the field of machinery manufacturing， in order to better apply new materials to machinery manufacturing.

新材料是国民经济的先导产业，也是高端制造业和国防工业发展的重要保证。在我国新材料产业的发展过程中，国家给予了大量支持，新材料产业产值（见图1）逐年提高，现已初步形成了比较完整的新材料产业体系。

机械制造行业在我国有着悠久的发展历史，行业运行规范。随着新工艺的探索以及新装备的不断涌现，机械制造行业正快速汲取高新技术的营养成分，由传统的“技术”产业导向逐步转变为“技术与科学”并重的新型产业导向。

1 新材料在机械领域中的应用

我国工业的迅猛发展促使社会各界对新型机械设备的需求不断增加，对其产品的性能与质量也有了新的要求。新材料的出现极大地拓展了机械制造的适用范围，而机械设备的更新也使得新材料有了更多的用武之地。

1.1 新型金属材料在机械领域中的應用

当前，机械制造行业在社会经济财富值中的占比极

高。随着我国新型金属材料的开发，一些选择传统钢材作为机械配件的机械制造行业已经逐渐弱化了其在市场中的存在感，而采用新型金属材料的机械制造产业则在发展过程中展现出了新的面貌。……
