摘 要：曲面液晶显示面板是近年来提出的新兴技术。为了提高审查员在相关技术领域的审查能力，准确站位于本领域技术人员的角度，本文先对相关技术进行专利分析，再从检索资源、分类号、检索要素的确定和表达等方面进行研究，推荐与之相关的、通用有效的检索策略，以开拓审查员的检索思路，扩展检索技巧，为相关技术的专利审查提供指导。

Abstract： The curved liquid crystal display panel is a new technology proposed in recent years. In order to improve the examination ability of examiners in related technical fields， and accurately stand from the perspective of those skilled in the art， the patent analysis was firstly carried out on the related technology in this paper， then the research was carried out on the aspects of searching resources， classification numbers， determination and expression of searching elements and the like， a general and effective searching strategy related to the technology was recommended， in order to develop the retrieval ideas of examiners， expand the retrieval skills， and provide guidance for patent examination of related technologies.

在平板型液晶显示产品技术日趋成熟的当下，弧形显示因符合人类眼球的球面特性，消除了屏幕邊缘的视觉扭曲，具有更广的视角，曲面液晶显示应运而生[1]。而对于新兴的技术，审查员知识储备及审查技能可能与之不匹配，如不熟悉技术发展脉络和重点技术手段、分类掌握不准确、缺少检索策略指导等，导致在实际审查检索过程中存在发明点理解不准确和检索效率低的问题。

为了提高审查员在曲面液晶显示技术领域的审查能力，本文先对曲面液晶显示的专利技术进行分析，使本领域审查员能系统全面地了解其发展现状、典型技术等，继而梳理和研究相应的检索方法和检索工具，从检索资源、IC/CPC/FT分类号、检索要素的确定和表达等方面进行研究，通过具体案例形成相关技术通用的检索策略，开拓审查员的检索思路，提升检索技巧，为实际审查工作提供指导。
