摘  要：“科技奥运”是当前奥运会及世界体育竞技赛事发展的主流趋势，现代科技在促进大型体育赛事高质量筹办的同时，更能彰显国家的科技发展状况，带动产业升级优化。文章在讨论科技与奥运相互促进的基础上，分析了韩国平昌冬奥会“科技奥运”实践的需求分析、计划与组织构建、工程实施、成果验收4个阶段。我国科技奥运促进产业优化升级实践在一定程度上窄化了科技体育赛事带动国家产业、经济发展的内涵，文章建议政府在战略规划层面合理定位体育科技举措对产业的作用，在实施内容上选择更具有社会化及融合化特征的科技，以形成科技与体育文化的创新链机制，实现科技赛事促进产业优化升级。

Enlightenment of“High Tech Olympics”in Pingchang，South Korea to China

Abstract：“High-tech Olympics”is the mainstream trend in the development of the current Olympic Games and world sports competitions. While modern technology promotes the high-quality preparation of large-scale sports events，it can also highlight the country's technological development and promote industrial upgrading and optimization. On the basis of discussing the mutual promotion of science and technology and the Olympics，the article analyzes the 4 stages of the practice of the“High-tech Olympics”in the PyeongChang Winter Olympics in South Korea，including demand analysis，planning and organization construction，project implementation，and results acceptance. The practice of promoting industrial optimization and upgrading of my country's High-tech Olympics has narrowed the connotation of scientific and technological sports events to promote national industry and economic development to a certain extent. The article recommends that the government reasonably position the role of sports science and technology measures on the industry at the strategic planning level，and choose more in terms of implementation content. Technology with the characteristics of socialization and integration to form an innovation chain mechanism of technology and sports culture，and realize technological competitions to promote industrial optimization and upgrading.

奧林匹克运动会（简称“奥运会”）作为全球最大的体育竞技赛事，在促进人类体育发展的同时，更是向全世界展示国家发展的重要窗口，并且随着全球经济的发展，这一职能更为凸显。越来越多的国家希望在办好奥运会的同时，以承办奥运会为契机，宣传国家优势产业、技术，实现城市基础设施与相关产业的优化升级。2013年，中国成功取得第24届冬季奥林匹克运动会（简称“冬奥会”）承办权。习近平总书记明确提出“办好此次冬奥会，促进奥林匹克事业发展、进一步提升中国的国际影响力”，北京市政府也制定了“奥运行动计划”，如何在办好北京冬奥会的同时，发挥大型体育赛事“动能”，促进我国高精尖产业的发展与优化，满足后疫情时期国家发展需求是当前的重要研究课题。……
