Objective To analyze the influence of family collaborative care on the care burden and coping style of caregivers colorectal cancer patients during chemotherapy, and to provide reference for reducing the care burden and improving the coping ability. Methods Ninety primary caregivers of colorectal cancer patients during chemotherapy were included in the study divided into the experimental group (n=45) and the control group (n=45). The control group and experimental group were given guidance using routine method, and the experimental group was given extra family collaborative care. At the end of the last chemotherapy, the caregivers were evaluated for care burden and coping style scores.Results After intervention, the scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group in terms of care burden, personal burden and role burden, and the caregivers' coping style was better than that of the control group. Conclusion The family collaborative care can reduce the care burden for caregivers in patients with colorectal cancer during chemotherapy and improve their stress response.

结直肠癌的治疗以手术和辅助化疗为主，术后往往需要长达6～12个周期的辅助化疗。在我国，家属是患者治疗过程中的主要陪伴和照顾者。研究发现肠癌化疗期主要照顾者存在不同程度的焦虑抑郁情绪，照顾者的照顾负担处于中等水平[1]。照顾者焦虑、抑郁情绪以及感觉到的照顾负担会不同程度影响他们的应对方式，促使他们为减轻压力而有意识、有目的地改变认知和行为策略[2]，即压力应对。积极的压力应对方式能促进患者康复和家属心理健康。根据研究显示[3]，家庭干预能有效减轻照顾负担，提高压力应对能力。结直肠癌患者化疗间歇期在家休养，需要护理人员从院内到院外的延续护理。本研究通过对结直肠癌化疗期患者照顾者实施家庭协同延续护理，探索其对结直肠癌化疗期患者照顾者照顾负担、压力应对方式等方面的影响。

对象与方法

1.研究对象。采用方便抽样的方法，选择我院结直肠肿瘤外科病区术后接受化疗的结直肠癌患者和主要照顾者，采用Excel数字表法，在Excel表中对纳入的90对患者和照顾者编号，输入公式后生成新的数据，打乱顺序再利用数据组合功能随机将研究对象分为试验组45对和对照组45对。患者纳入标准：病理报告确诊为结肠恶性肿瘤，或恶性肿瘤距肛门5cm以上的直肠癌化疗期患者，且化疗周期为6个月；年龄18周岁以上并自愿参加本研究。排除标准：确诊为结直肠恶性肿瘤未行化疗患者；……
