Objective To explore the application and effect of the Internet in the whole-course health management of migrant pregnant women.Methods The information on the whole process of migrant maternal care from July 2015 to June 2017 and July 2017 to June 2019 on the regional maternal health management information network system platform was collected. The system management rate and pregnancy outcome of the pregnant women before and after the application of the Internet was compared. Results From July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2019, a total of 114613 cases of migrant pregnant women were managed, and the system management rate increased from 47.99% to 86.12%. Through information management, the frequency and compliance of antenatal care and awareness of self-management in the migrant pregnant women increased significantly, and the mortality rate of pregnant women decreased significantly. Conclusion Internet Plus maternal health management is an effective model for the management of migrant pregnant women, providing a basis for big data management of them during pregnancy and childbirth, and effectively reducing the adverse outcomes of pregnant women.

妇幼保健是公共卫生服务体系的重要组成部分，传统的孕产妇保健服务主要依靠手工录入进行保健信息沟通，不具备信息快速互通共享能力，医疗保健服务质量不能得到及时、有效的管理监督，造成孕产妇健康管理质量低下，统计可信度受限。流动孕产妇因孕期居住地不固定、文化程度偏低和保健服务的依从性差等问题，造成孕期系统管理率低。随着近年来信息化的飞速发展，孕产妇健康管理的手段与数据采集方式急需调整。2017年7月开始杭州市全面推行母子健康手册APP，应用互联网+模式，通过实施标准化产科门诊电子病历，实现医疗保健机构信息互联互通和孕产妇全程健康管理。本文章旨在分析互联网在本地区流动孕产妇全程健康管理中的效果。

资料与方法

1.资料。在杭州市区域孕产妇健康管理信息网络系统平台上，收集2015年7月—2017年6月和2017年7月—2019年6月流动孕产妇保健全过程信息，包括孕期妊娠风险情况、产检次数、孕产妇结局。流动孕产妇是指户籍不在本地，但在当地居住半年以上的孕产妇。为保证数据的准确，按照孕产期保健管理规范要求每年对社区及助产机构的孕产妇保健状况进行督导检查，检查各类登记簿及信息系统，核查正确率、规范性，电话核查真实性，包括孕产妇全妊娠过程规范时间检查的健康信息相关数据。

2.研究方法。按照浙江省基本公共卫生孕产妇健康管理规范(第4版)[1]和杭州市卫生行政部门相关文件[2]，满足早孕建册、5次规定时间段的检查、产后家庭上门服务、产后42天检查作为系统管理统计口径，同时对孕产妇进行高危孕产妇筛查。……
