Objective To explore the effect of scanning glucose monitoring on out-of-hospital blood glucose management in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Methods Sixty T2DM patients who visited our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group (n=30)and control group (n=30). The blood glucose was monitored by scanning glucose monitoring technology in the experimental group, and the blood glucose was monitored by traditional glucometer in the control group. The self-monitoring behavior, maximum blood glucose fluctuation amplitude and average blood glucose drift amplitude in 14 days, and glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) and other indexes after 3 months were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of self-monitoring behavior and self-management knowledge in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (p＜0.05). The maximum blood glucose fluctuation amplitude, the average blood glucose drift amplitude and HbA1c were lower than those in the control group (p＜0.05). Conclusion The out-of-hospital blood glucose management of T2DM patients by scanning glucose monitoring technology can effectively improve the compliance of patients with self-monitoring, so that they can adjust the living habits based on monitoring results, and eventually keep blood glucose under control and improve long-term prognosis and the quality of life.

血糖监测是反映患者血糖及糖尿病治疗效果的重要手段，既可为医生调整治疗方案提供依据，也有利于患者自我管理，对其调整生活方式、降低血糖和晚期并发症风险等方面具有重要作用。传统血糖监测方法为毛细血管自我血糖监测(Selfmonitoring of blood glucose, SMBG)，可使患者及时了解自己血糖水平，实现共同参与治疗的目的[1]。然而，该方法需频繁采血，患者疼痛感较明显，会有抵触情绪，依从性差，往往无法完整记录全天血糖谱[2]。

近年来，基于组织间液葡萄糖浓度监测和算法的新型扫描式葡萄糖监测技术(Flash glucose monitoring, FGM)取得突破性进展，其特点为无创、无需取指血，仅通过快速扫描传感器即可获取患者葡萄糖值，生成血糖动态图谱。目前绝大多数FGM或动态血糖监测系统(Continuous Glucose Monitoring System, CGMS)应用于患者住院期间血糖监测，但患者住院期间因为环境变化，导致其饮食以及运动习惯更改，与其平常生活方式存在较大差异[3]。为提升糖尿病患者自我管理能力，改善血糖水平，以我院2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象，以使用传统的毛细血管血糖监测仪为对照，探讨FGM在糖尿病患者院外血糖自我管理中的效果。

资料与方法

1.一般资料。随机抽取2019年1月—2020年1月在我院就诊的2型糖尿病患者60例，纳入标准为：①符合WHO(1999)糖尿病诊断标准；②自愿参加，填写知情同意书；③有自主学习能力并掌握智能手机登陆网络使用方法。排除标准：伴有严重糖尿病急慢性并发症。将60例研究对象随机分入试验组与对照组，各30例。……
