Objective To analyze the complaints about traditional Chinese medicine decoction in the hospitals, explore the reasons, and to put forward improvement measures, so as to provide reference for improving medical quality and patient satisfaction. Methods Retrospective analysis was made on 122 cases of complaints about traditional Chinese medicine decoction from February 2019 to November 2020, to analyze the content and reasons of the complaints and to propose improvement and preventive measures. Results The overall complaint rate of the three decoction companies was 0.301%, company B had the highest complaint rate at 0.865%, company C had the lowest complaint rate at 0.109%. In terms of the content, quality issues (including short of medicine) took the highest percentage, accounting for 44.26%, followed by packaging issues,accounting for 32.79%. the main reason of quality issue complaints was light taste, and of packing issue complaints was broken package and leakage. Conclusion The quality of traditional Chinese medicine decoction affects the efficacy of the medicine, so it is urgent to strengthen the supervision of traditional Chinese medicine decoction.

我院为浙江省级三甲专科医院，依据《浙江省中药饮片代煎服务工作质量管理规范(试行)》，医院将中药代煎服务委托给本地的三家中药饮片经营企业，但企业代煎的中药质量参差不齐，收到一些患者投诉，反映代煎中药味道淡、破包、漏液，快递配送不及时等情况[1-2]。代煎中药的质量直接关系到中医药的疗效[3]，提高中药代煎质量，降低患者投诉，可以减少医患纠纷，提升医院的服务品质。本文通过回顾性分析122例患者来院、来电对我院代煎中药的有效投诉事件，分析原因，为代煎中药的质量监管工作提供建议。

资料与方法

1.资料来源。数据来源于2019年2月—2020年11月《代煎中药服务质量反馈登记表》记录的病人来院、来电对我院代煎中药的有效投诉，以及在此期间医院委托三家公司的代煎中药人次。

2.统计方法。运用Excel软件，按A、B、C三家公司分别统计代煎中药投诉的人次、原因及占比情况。

结果

1.三家公司总投诉量比较。2019年2月—2020年11月共收到患者对中药代煎的投诉122例，总投诉率为0.301%，其中B公司的投诉率最高，为0.865%，C公司的投诉率最低，为0.109%，差距达到了7.94倍(见表1)。

2.投诉内容分类情况。患者的投诉内容，主要分为中药代煎质量问题(包括少药)、包装问题、配送问题及其他问题。其中“代煎质量问题(包括少药)”的总占比最高，为44.26%，其次是“包装问题”，总占比32.79%(见表2)。

3.对代煎质量问题(包括少药)的投诉原因。对代煎质量问题(包括少药)的投诉包括以下方面：代煎的中药味道淡、颜色浅、沉淀多、变味、同一处方两次煎的药味道有差异、有焦味、另包药漏配送、未按处方帖数包装。……
