摘 要：近年，《关于加强和改进新形势下高校思想政治工作的意见》、《国家职业教育改革实施方案》、《关于全面加强新时代大中小学劳动教育的意见》等国家教育战略及政策叠加出台，为工匠精神的传承和发扬提供了政策支持。工匠精神培育是高职院校实现立德树人的重要途径，大思政格局下高职学生工匠精神培育应和思想政治教育充分融合，1+X证书制度下应促进“卓越人才培养”与“工匠精神”有效结合。

Exploration on the Cultivation Strategy of the Craftsman Spirit of Higher Vocational Students under the Background of Educational Strategies Superimposed

Abstract：In recent years， "Opinions on Strengthening and Improving the Ideological and Political Work of Colleges and Universities under the New Situation"， "National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan"， "Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening Labor Education in Universities， Middle Schools and Primary Schools in the New Era" and other national education strategies and policies are superimposed. The introduction has provided policy support for the inheritance and development of the craftsman spirit. Cultivation of craftsman spirit is an important way for higher vocational colleges to realize morality and cultivation. Under the big ideological and political situation， the cultivation of craftsman spirit of higher vocational students should be fully integrated with ideological and political education. Under the 1+X certificate system， effective combination of “excellent talent training” and “craftsman spirit" should be promoted.

由于傳统思想的影响，“工匠”没有得到应有的社会地位，为了改变这种现状，重塑工匠精神，国家主要领导人及国家相关部委在多场合多文件中强调继承和发扬工匠精神。习近平总书记在全国高校思想政治工作会议上强调“高校思想政治工作关系高校培养什么样的人、如何培养人以及为谁培养人这个根本问题”，“工匠精神”实际上是对这个根本问题的时代解读。

1 大思政格局下高职学生工匠精神培养

2016年12月，习近平总书记在全国高校思想政治工作会议上指出“高校思想政治工作要坚持把立德树人作为中心环节”，2017年2月，中共中央、国务院印发《关于加强和改进新形势下高校思想政治工作的意见》，2019年，习近平总书记在学校思想政治理论课教师座谈会上指出“实现全员全程全方位育人”，至此，三全育人的“大思政格局”从政策层面逐渐落实到具体方案。工匠精神与大思政教育价值导向一致，大思政格局下高职学生工匠精神培育应和思想政治教育充分融合。……
