摘 要：随着人们生活水平的提高、消费水平的提升以及科技的不断发展，汽车已经成为我们生活中常见的用品，并得到了在世界范围内不断普及。在这一时代背景下，人民的需求推动着汽车产业的不断发展。在汽车业蓬勃兴起的条件下，消费者对于汽车的要求不断提高。如何给消费者提供更多优质的产品和服务，提升汽车制造的效率，节省成本，是我们现阶段必须要考虑的问题。这就需要我们重视在汽车开发过程中的项目管理的实施以及应用，不断提高汽车的开发效率。

Implementation and Application Analysis of Project Management in Automobile Development

Abstract：With the improvement of people's living standards， the improvement of consumption levels and the continuous development of technology， automobiles have become common supplies in our lives and have been continuously popularized all over the world. In this era， the needs of the people are driving the continuous development of the automobile industry. Under the conditions of the booming automobile industry， consumers' requirements for automobiles continue to increase. How to provide consumers with more high-quality products and services， improve the efficiency of automobile manufacturing， and save costs are issues that we must consider at this stage. This requires us to pay attention to the implementation and application of project management in the automobile development process， and continuously improve the efficiency of automobile development.

1 引言

早在1885年。德國的卡尔本茨就发明了世界上的第一台汽车。在如今汽车市场中，英国汽车市场、法国汽车市场、德国汽车市场的汽车制造力都是国际市场中排名靠前的国家。对于我国而言，汽车工业的发展起步比较晚，制造技术和生产能力相比这些国家不够强，但由于科技的进步和社会需求的不断增加，汽车市场竞争愈加激烈，决定了我国汽车指导需要在开发过程中应该尽量减少开发时间，才能追随上世界汽车市场的脚步。而做好汽车开发过程中项目管理的实施与应用工作可以有效的提高汽车开发的效率，促进汽车开发工作的顺利、高效的进行。

2 汽车开发中项目管理概述

项目管理是公司在发展过程中实现自己发展目标的基础，同时也是公司在发展过程中创造的价值的表现[1]。项目管理具体是指，根据确定的目标制定合适的计划，并按照此计划不断接近自己的目标，最后达成目标的一种途径。……
