摘 要：教育是为社会培养人才的重要渠道，教育水平的好坏直接关系着一个国家乃至一个民族的未来。要想充分体现教育的价值，必须做到教育与社会发展相适应。在社会不断发展和演进过程中，俄罗斯教育思想内涵经历着一个又一个的发展过程，从自由教育到传统教育再到共产主义教育，以至于目前倡导的个性化教育。这一系列的发展史足以证明教育与社会发展的关联性，必须结合时代环境、学生个性特点，采用全新的手段和模式实现创新发展，提升教学水平和教学质量，促进学生的个性发展、全面发展。

The Development Thread and Contemporary Implication of Russian Individualized Education Thought

Abstract：Education is an important channel for cultivating talents for the society. The level of education is directly related to the future of a country and even a nation. To fully reflect the value of education， education must be adapted to social development. In the process of continuous development and evolution of society， the connotation of Russian educational ideology has undergone a process of development， from liberal education to traditional education to communism education， to the individualized education currently advocated. This series of development history is enough to prove the relevance of education and social development. It is necessary to combine the environment of the times and the personality characteristics of students， and adopt brand-new methods and models to achieve innovative development， improve teaching level and teaching quality， and promote students' personality development and overall developmenty.

当前教育越来越注重教育质量，采取多种多样的方式来提升教学质量。一方面，改进方法。结合实际情况，摒弃传统教育中的缺点和不足，不断创新新的教学方法和教学手段，采用学生喜闻乐见的方式将知识传递给学生，促进教学实现专业化、现代化，另一方面，改变教育思维模式。如果仅仅从表面进行教学改革，很难达到理想的教学效果。目前的教育应当朝着精细化、个性化角度发展，摆脱原有工作模式思维下的教育，促进教育领域水平的大幅跃升。基于此，本文以俄罗斯教育发展为研究对象，通过研究其发展历史，为个性化教育思想的普及提供条件，进而我国教育事业的发展提供更多借鉴。
