无氟环保型防水透湿纺织材料研究进展

摘 要:防水透湿纺织材料具有较高的防水性和极佳的透湿性,可广泛用于服用、航空航天、医疗卫生等领域。为更好地促进新型无氟防水透湿纺织材料的研发,减少传统含氟防水透湿纺织材料对人体与环境的潜在危害,对国内外近期无氟防水透湿纺织材料研究进展进行了综述。

首先概述了传统含氟纺织材料的特点与存在的问题;

然后分析了5种无氟防水透湿纺织材料及其相关研究进展,总结了无氟防水透湿纺织材料的适用领域;

最后对目前无氟防水透湿纺织材料进行对比分析与总结,对其发展趋势进行了展望。

Abstract: Waterproof and moisture-permeable textile materials with high waterproof property and excellent moisture permeability can be widely used in wearing, aviation, medical and health care fields. To promote the research and development of new fluorine-free waterproof and moisture-permeable textile materials, and reduce the potential harm of traditional fluorine-containing waterproof and moisture-permeable textile materials to the human body and the environment, this paper reviews the recent research progress of fluorine-free waterproof and moisture-permeable textile materials at home and abroad. Firstly, the characteristics and existing problems of traditional fluorine-containing textile materials are summarized. Then, five kinds of fluorine-free waterproof and moisture-permeable textile materials and the related research progress are analyzed. The applicable fields of fluorine-free waterproof and moisture-permeable textile materials are summarized. Finally, the current fluorine-free waterproof and moisture-permeable textile materials are analyzed and summarized, and the future development trend is prospected.

防水透湿纺织材料在服用、医疗卫生、航空航天等领域有着广泛的应用前景。防水透湿纺织材料有着与皮肤相同的工作模式,在服用领域中,相较于传统衣物遮体,保暖等基础功能,防水透湿材料可保持良好的热舒适性,满足多种恶劣环境下的穿着需要,并起到隔绝过滤的作用,常用于特种防护服、高端运动服、军用服装等。

但随着科技的快速进步,更多人开始重视全球范围的可持续发展与环境的保护。现有的商用防水透湿纺织材料原料广泛采用以聚四氟乙烯为代表的含氟材料,制备产物虽具有良好的防水性与透湿性,但聚四氟乙烯材料的制……
