【摘要】 高铁为贵州省带来了丰富的人流、物流、信息流和资金流，极大促进了贵州省社会和经济的发展。本文基于贵州省2011年至2019年9个地州市的面板数据，构建多期双重差分模型，检验高铁开通对贵州省旅游產业发展的影响。研究表明：1）高铁开通后对贵州省旅游产业的发展有积极的正向影响;2）旅游产业的发展与收入水平、服务业水平呈正相关;3）各地州市的投资水平对旅游产业的发展具有促进作用。

Research on the Influence of High-Speed Rail on the Development of Tourism Industry in Guizhou Province

Abstract： High-speed rail has brought rich flow of people，logistics，information and capital to Guizhou Province，and promoted the social and economic development of Guizhou Province. Based on the panel data from 2011 to 2019，this paper constructs a Time-Varying DID model to test the impact of the opening of high-speed rail on the development of tourism industry in Guizhou Province. The results show that：1）the opening of high-speed railway promotes the development of tourism industry in Guizhou Province;2）The development of tourism industry is positively correlated with the level of income and service industry;3）The level of investment also promotes the development of tourism industry.

1 引言

实现旅游产业发展的关键，在于如何实现“旅”和“游”的有效结合。黄爱莲（2011）指出高速铁路开通改变了区域旅游空间格局，有效推动旅游产业的发展。汪德根（2014）研究指出，高铁开通扩大了城市旅游的辐射范围。陈方等（2016）指出，高铁开通提高区域外城市至云南的旅游交通可达性。朱桃杏等（2016）研究指出，高速铁路的开通提高了地区旅游收入的增长。蒋倩（2018）研究指出，高速铁路的开通，整体推动湖南省旅游经济的发展。

自2014年贵广高铁开通以来，贵州省高速铁路布局不断完善，与长三角、珠三角、京津冀和川渝滇地区，形成了2至8小时高铁通勤格局。市市通高铁与县县通高速形成快捷的“高铁—高速”交通网络，加强“旅”和“游”的有效衔接。高铁高效接驳省外的旅游需求，串连各地的旅游资源，与文化旅游产业深度融合，有效促进了贵州省旅游产业的发展。2019年，贵州省全年高铁旅客运输总量达4357.16万人，同比增长17.8%;旅游总人数和总收入分别比上年增长17.2%与30.1%。……
