【摘  要】在信息化环境下，财务会计和管理会计是否实现了高效融合，直接决定了财务管理工作水平的高低。目前，虽然在两者融合的过程中存在一系列问题，但是两者的融合既是时代发展的必然趋势，也是财务管理工作高质量发展的必然选择。因此，财务会计和管理会计的融合存在着必然性。鉴于此，论文对信息化环境下财务会计和管理会计的融合问题展开了详细论述。

【Abstract】In the informatization environment， whether financial accounting and management accounting achieve efficient integration directly determines the level of financial management work. At present， although there are a series of problems existing in the process of the integration of the two， the integration of the two is not only the inevitable trend of the development of the times， but also the inevitable choice for the high-quality development of financial management work. Therefore， the integration of financial accounting and management accounting is inevitable. In view of this， this paper discusses in detail the integration problems of financial accounting and management accounting in the informatization environment.

1 引言

会计工作作为一切管理工作的核心组成内容，其成效意义重大。目前，我国经济处于转型期，而推动财务会计与管理会计两者的融合是经济转型期中的重要工作环节，同时，也是时代发展中的必然趋势。两者的高效融合，能够降低传统财务管理工作中资源的消耗问题，对于提升现有资源利用率以及资源的合理配置起着重要的作用。随着信息化技术的不断发展，将信息化应用到财务管理工作中，不仅能提升财务管理的效率和质量，同时，加快了财务会计和管理会计的融合速度。基于信息化环境下，由于财务会计和管理会计有其自身独特的性质，在两者融合的过程中也会遇到一些问题，如遵循的规则不同、节点工作不同、所需人才有差异等，但是要结合信息化的先进技术，将这些问题进行解决，并采取行之有效的对策，如制定长远发展规划、构建基于信息化环境的大数据平台、加大两者融合的宣传力度等，以此来加速财务会计和管理会计的融合，推动财务管理工作的稳健开展。……
