【摘  要】石油公司的优良传统就是做好党建工作，这是公司核心竞争力的有效组成，对公司健康稳定发展有重要帮助，也是实现公司科学发展的主导因素。在新的历史时期，加强石油公司的党组织建设具有十分重要的意义。论文从党建工作对石油企业的意义出发，讨论了当前所面临的问题，分析了石油企业党员的重要性，提出了解决问题的办法，以提高石油企业党建工作的质量，帮助石油企业以低成本、高质量、稳定的方式发展。

【Abstract】The fine tradition of petroleum companies is to do a good job in Party building work， which is an effective component of the core competitiveness of the company， and is of great help to the healthy and stable development of the company. It is also the leading factor to realize the scientific development of the company. In the new historical period， it is of great significance to strengthen the Party organization construction of petroleum companies. The paper starts from the significance of Party building work to petroleum enterprises， discusses the problems faced at the moment， analyzes the importance of Party members in petroleum enterprises， and puts forward solutions to the problems， so as to improve the quality of Party building work in petroleum enterprises， and help petroleum enterprises to develop in a low-cost， high-quality and stable way.

1 引言

石油公司党建工作的主要内容分为政治构架、思想建设、党组织建设、党员工作作风、纪律制度建设和深化反腐这几个方面。该结构的每个部分都与业务的未来发展相关，并且是在复杂的市场环境推动我国可持续业务发展的原动力。保持党的领导和加强党的建设是国有企业的根基和动力。石油公司是国有公司的骨干力量，是党的命脉和国家的经济支柱，在公司中做好党的建设是非常重要的。

2 加强党建工作对石油企业的意义

石油企业的党建工作有利于加强党的建设和促进全面改革创新，对石油企业的发展与稳定有着非常关键的作用。企业党委和基层党支部逐步开始研究党的建设工作。国有企业是国民经济和社会发展的支柱，保持不断的党建活动可以有效促进企业自身健康发展，有利于巩固党的权力地位，发展党的执政能力，为党的执政奠定坚实基础。……
