【摘  要】我国作为社会主义国家，由人民执政、党进行领导。坚持中国共产党的领导，坚持为人民服务，强化国有企业中党的建设就是国企改革的关键部分，能够进一步发挥党建工作的作用，实现国有企业在竞争力方面的提升。论文阐述了国有企业党建工作中需注意的问题，在国企的各方面树立党的权威，创新党建工作中管理和工作的体制，推动国企中党的廉政建设，进一步提出加强国企改革中党建工作的有效途径。

【Abstract】As a socialist country， China is governed by the people and led by the Party. Adhering to the leadership of the Communist Party of China， persisting in serving the people， and strengthening the Party building in state-owned enterprises are the key points in the reform of state-owned enterprises， which can further play the role of Party building work and realize the promotion of the competitiveness of state-owned enterprises. This paper expounds the problems that should be paid attention to in the Party building work in state-owned enterprises， establishes the authority of the Party in all aspects of state-owned enterprises， innovates the management and work system in the Party building work， promotes the clean government construction of the Party in state-owned enterprises， and further puts forward effective ways to strengthen the Party building work in the reform of state-owned enterprises.

1 引言

我国国有企业在市场经济过程中有着重要作用，它承担着我国经济发展的重要任务。党的领导对国企来说是十分重要的，深化党建工作是我国国企的一个必要方针，也是国企的基础和灵魂。党中央对于国企改革和党建工作早在十八大的时候就已经提出方针，此次政策明确提出，必须加强党的领导，所以国企要加强党的建设和坚持党的领导的总原则和总要求，国企是党和国家的经济基石，但在国企改革过程中，国企改革正处于攻坚时期，企业党建工作存在一些问题和困难。因此，党的建设工作不能削弱。这样才能够使得国企改革取得良好的实际效果，推动国企改革各项工作围绕党的建设顺利开展而再创辉煌。

2 企业党建在国有企业改革中需要注意的问题
