【摘  要】地方经济崛起的主要原因之一在于产业的集群化发展，并日渐成为经济增长的新动力。随着制造业的不断发展，制造业集群逐渐显现，其具有的规模经济、成本节约效应、持续创新等优势是其他产业形式不能比拟的。论文对郑州市制造业产业集群的发展进行研究，以国家制造业提升战略为契机，进行产业集群发展模式的探讨研究，进而优化郑州市产业结構和产业基地建设，促进整体工业化水平的提升。

【Abstract】One of the main reasons for the rise of local economy is the cluster development of industry， which has gradually become a new driving force for economic growth. With the continuous development of manufacturing industry， manufacturing cluster is gradually emerging. Its advantages of scale economy， cost saving effect and continuous innovation are unmatched by other industrial forms. This paper studies the development of manufacturing industry cluster in Zhengzhou City， taking the national manufacturing industry improvement strategy as an opportunity to discuss and explore the development mode of industry cluster， and then optimize the industrial structure and industrial base construction of Zhengzhou City， and promote the improvement of the overall industrialization level.

1 研究意义

产业集群对于产业的质量发展、产业竞争力和区域经济的整体发展有着极大的推动作用，在集群内部，基于网络化、多形式的互动与互助，可以有效发挥规模经济的优势，不断增加竞争力，还可以形成良好的创新氛围，促进知识和技术的转移扩散，同时，有效的专业化分工，极大节省了生产成本，使效益逐渐扩大化。产业集群，依托地理集聚的特点，政府、企业、金融机构等部门在空间上也产生集聚，产生巨大的资源共享效应，构建了区域的核心竞争力。此外，产业集群对于“区位”品牌的形成提供了优势，进而提高了产业集聚的综合比较优势，有利于推动经济的有效增长。

郑州作为建设全国重要先进制造业的中心城市，发展制造业产业集群，是提升区域竞争力的重要着力点。因此，郑州市制造业产业集群的发展研究以国家制造业提升战略为契机，也可以进行产业集群发展模式的探讨研究，进而优化郑州市产业结构和产业基地建设，为整体工业化水平的提升提供动力。……
