【摘  要】企业文化对于一个企业的发展和生存都具有十分重要的意义，但是企业文化并不是随意建设的，其必有一定的原则。论文针对企业文化建设原则，首先阐述企业文化的有关概念和具体功能，又对当前企业文化建设的主要问题进行了分析。最后通过对企业文化建设基本原则的讨论，阐述了论文的主要思想内容，以希望企业文化的发展能够更加适应企业现代化的发展，为经济社会的发展充分发挥出自己的力量。

【Abstract】Corporate culture is of great significance to the development and survival of an enterprise， but corporate culture is not built at will， and there must be certain principles. In view of the principles of corporate culture construction， this paper firstly expounds the relevant concepts and specific functions of corporate culture， and then analyzes the main problems of current corporate culture construction. Finally， through the discussion of the basic principles of the construction of corporate culture， the main content of the paper is expounded. It is hoped that the development of corporate culture can better adapt to the development of enterprise modernization and give full play to their own strength for the development of economic society.

1 引言

随着我国经济社会的发展，企业内部建设也随之发生了翻天覆地的变化，企业内部建设涉及企业日常生产生活的诸多方面，现已经成为企业中必不可少的重要元素。其中，企业文化建设作为企业内部建设中的重要组成部分，在企业内部建设领域扮演着十分重要的角色，但是就目前的发展形式而言，企业文化建设问题依旧是未能完全解决的问题，依旧对企业内部建设产生着十分不利的影响，因此，对于企业文化建设尤其是基本原则问题的研究成为一个十分重要的研究课题。

2 企业文化有关概念简介

企业文化是一个企业的思想支柱，是一个企业无形的财富。企业文化就像一个企业的大脑里的思想，因为有企业文化的存在，员工们在什么时间要做什么事情，什么事情是值得表扬弘扬的，什么事情是不应该做的，甚至在实际的生产生活过程中一些创新性的想法，都是由企业文化影响的。……
