摘 要：本文主要探讨信息化教学资源库的建设，以及资源库的应用。随着近几年科学技术与信息技术不断发展，教学资源库作为教学当中容易接触到的信息查询场所，高职院校当中的教学资源库更是为了给学生提供更多的资料而设置的。本文对大数据时代下高职院校教学资源库建设当中存在的问题进行研究，并提出相应的策略。

【Abstract】：This article mainly discusses the construction of informationized teaching resource bank and the application of resource bank. With the continuous development of science and information technology in recent years， the teaching resource database is an easily accessible place for information inquiry in teaching， and the teaching resource database in higher vocational colleges is set up to provide students with more information. This article studies the problems existing in the construction of the teaching resource database of higher vocational colleges in the era of big data， and proposes corresponding strategies.

0 引言

如今，大数据时代已逐渐成为当今社会快速发展的代名词。高职院校教学资源库是大学生学习、查阅资料的主要场所之一。大量大学生频繁的查询和访问信息，增加了高职院校教学资源库信息管理人员的工作量和工作压力。因此，有必要加强大数据的集成和大学教学资源库信息管理系统的建设，建立一个现代的、科学的信息管理服务系统，促使教学资源库信息管理效率最大化，为信息管理水平和管理效果的提升贡献积极作用，发挥高职院校教学资源库在学生的成长和学习中的价值和意义。

1 大数据时代对教学资源库带来的影响

1.1 教学资源库数据服务中心的地位逐渐减弱

受到发达的信息技术的影响，移动手机已经得到全民普及，人们可以通过移动阅读来查阅信息，这样的情况对传统教学资源库的发展造成了一定冲击，教学资源库的许多重要作用都在逐渐被削弱，教学资源库一时间无法有效解决自身资源配置率低的突出问题和开放网络平台接续不断的冲击[1]。……
