【摘    要】初中阶段，开展道德与法治课程，对初中生的心理健康起到不可估量的意义和作用。笔者以初中道德与法治课程为主要研究对象，针对该课程对初中生心理健康教育的渗透作用进行多样性的探索和分析，并结合多年在初中道德与法治的从业经验，提出一系列行之有效的实践研究，仅供参考。

Practical Research on Mental Health Education in the Curriculum of Morality and Rule of Law in Junior High Schools

【Abstract】At the junior high school stage， the development of morals and rule of law courses has an immeasurable significance and effect on the mental health of junior high school students. The author takes the junior high school ethics and rule of law curriculum as the main research object， conducts a diverse exploration and analysis of the infiltration effect of this course on junior high school students mental health education， and combines years of experience in junior high school ethics and rule of law， and proposes a series of effective practical research is for reference only.

初中生的心理健康问题，近年来成为社会大众普遍关注的焦点和热点。初中生心理状态正处于发展的重要阶段，任何外界的影响都会导致初中心理健康产生不可预测的问题和危害，因此借助道德与法治课程强化初中生心理健康教育，是当前初中教育的重要发展方向。

一、彰显生命教育主题

生命的宝贵，在于对任何人都只有一次。初中生正处于人生发展的重要阶段，其心志和心性尚不成熟，对待生命的价值意识缺乏足够的了解和掌握。因此，在道德与法治课程中，相关教师要进行系统化的教学，着重强化学生对生命的重视。一方面，初中生心理承受能力差，自控能力薄弱，极容易受到外界的干扰和诱惑，导致在正常的发展道路中发生偏离。作为相关教师，及时纠正和改善学生的错误意识，具有不可推卸的责任和义务。同时在教育过程中，要充分考虑学生的内心和感受。例如，初中时期是学生逆反心理的高发期，因此相关教师在教育过程中极有可能产生反向教育的后果。……
