【摘    要】本文基于高中班级管理中心理健康教育与德育的整合策略进行探究，首先分析了心理健康教育与德育融合的必要性，然后分析了心理健康教育與德育融合的策略，从采取学生自治管理、抓住整合教育落脚点、在实践活动中深化认知、运用信息技术促进融合四方面进行阐述。

The Integrative Strategy of Mental Health Education and Moral Education in the Management of Senior Middle School Classes

【Abstract】This article explores the integration strategy of mental health education and moral education in high school class management. First， it analyzes the necessity of the integration of mental health education and moral education， and then analyzes the integration strategy of mental health education and moral education， starting from the adoption of student self-management ， grasp the foothold of integrated education， deepen cognition in practical activities， and use information technology to promote integration.

随着社会的进步和信息技术的发展，高中阶段的学生能够从电视和网络中获取到非常丰富的信息。而繁杂的信息中充斥的健康信息与消极信息，容易对学生的心理健康造成影响。高中阶段的学生正处于身心发展的重要阶段，内心较为丰富和敏感，容易受到外界因素的影响，自身缺乏对事物全面和正确的理解，所以对学生进行心理健康教育与德育是非常有必要的。对高中班级进行管理时，教师要将心理健康与德育进行融合，引导学生树立正确的三观，促进学生健康成长。

一、高中阶段心理健康教育与德育融合的必要性

（一）高中班级管理风险分析

高中生虽然身心已经趋于成熟，但是还是缺乏锻炼和实践的机会，在能力以及心理方面存在一些问题。在班级管理中，很多班主任容易忽视对学生的心理健康教育，使班级管理存在潜在风险。在高中阶段很多学生可能会具有较大的心理压力以及社交上存在障碍，甚至有学生在价值观方面出现偏差。如果采用强硬的教育方式对待学生，如在班级中严厉批评或是指责学生，不仅会打击学生的自信心，还不利于学生改正错误。……
