【摘  要】新形势下，随着市场竞争的日益激烈，集团企业要想提高核心竞争力，就需要运用财务共享服务模式，以此来更好地为集团企业服务，达到标准化、集中化、流程化建设的需要。财务共享服务主要是为了优化资源配置，进一步降低资源冗余，满足内控与风险管理常态化建设需要。财务共享是管理会计的基石，也是集团管控的利器。因此，论文首先提出需要探究的主要问题，之后，结合现状，分析集团企业应用财务共享服务模式的必要性和主要建设路径。开创集团管控新模式，致力建设财务共享超级平台，结合实际构建国企混改新标杆。

【Abstract】Under the new situation， with the increasingly fierce market competition， if group enterprises want to improve their core competitiveness， they need to use the financial sharing service mode， so as to better serve the group enterprises and meet the needs of standardization， centralization and process construction. The main purpose of financial sharing service is to optimize resource allocation， further reduce resource redundancy and meet the needs of normalization construction of internal control and risk management. Financial sharing is not only the cornerstone of management accounting， but also the sharp tool of group management and control. Therefore， this paper firstly proposes the main problems to be explored， and then， combined with the current situation， analyzes the necessity and main construction paths of the application of financial shared service mode in group enterprises. Through creating a new mode of group management and control， and striving to build a super platform for financial sharing， and combined with the reality， a new benchmark for the mixed ownership reform of state-owned enterprises is built at last.

1 问题的提出

随着经济的不断发展，财务管理领域共享服务模式的有效建设出现在大家的视野。从国内来看，主要强调供给侧改革的重要性，在优化改革的基础上，保持资源的有效配置和升级[1]。降成本、去产能等内容的建设目标成为了目前形势下发展的主流。另外，在网络化的发展环境中，为各个行业注入了新鲜的“血液”，财务体系的建设也不例外，在信息化的基础上得到了有效的转型和创新。最后，可以看到企业发展的需求并不仅仅是外在的建设市场，而是在个性化的内在需求下，将自己的优势呈现出来。从现代化的视角看，2019年，在全球的前500强企业当中，90%以上的企业都已经对财务管理领域共享服务模式进……
