【摘  要】模板早拆体系具有所需资金较少，使用周期较短，可以大量缩短工程时间的特点，因而受到广泛应用。模板早拆技术是一种为了使楼板提前拆除模板而使用的支模方法，其工作原理是拆模时跨度小于等于2m，以保证楼板的模板跨度不超过规定的跨度，楼板的混凝土在常温下浇筑2～4d后，在混凝土强度为设计值的50%时拆除楼板的部分模板和支撑，但立柱和可调节支座等仍然处于支撑状态。

【Abstract】The early dismantling system has the characteristics of less funds and a shorter service life， which can greatly shorten the project time， so it is widely used. The technology of early removal of formwork is a kind of formwork supporting method to remove the formwork in advance. Its working principle is that the span is less than or equal to 2m when removing the formwork， so as to ensure that the formwork span of the floor does not exceed the specified span. After 2～4 days of concrete pouring at room temperature， when the concrete strength of the floor slab is 50% of the design value， part of the formwork and support of the floor slab can be removed， but the column and adjustable support are still in the supporting state.

1 模板在管廊工程中的应用现状

随着建筑行业的发展，混凝土早已与建筑产生了密不可分的联系。而在浇筑混凝土时使用的模板工程，是混凝土构件成型的重要部分。模板系统是由模板、支撑系统、紧固件三部分组成的。模板是将混凝土结构和构件成型成需要的尺寸和空间位置的模型板。

按照不同的分类依据，模板有着不一样的分类方法，不同分类方法的特点和使用各不相同。模板按照搭拆方式的不同，可以分为移动式模板、固定式模板及永久式模板。

移动式模板是指在模板和支撑安装完成之后，随着混凝土的浇筑移动，一直到混凝土全部浇筑完成后再拆除的模板。固定式模板指一般的常用模板和支撑在安装完成后位置不变，等到浇筑完成的混凝土达到规定的混凝土强度标准值后再行拆除的模板。而永久式模板是指在混凝土的浇筑过程中及混凝土的强度上升过程中不仅起到模板作用，还在结构的使用过程当中成为结构的一部分，不再拆除的模板。……
