【摘  要】在时代飞速发展的今天，互联网技术已经深入各个行业，也为各个行业的发展带来了新的挑战和机遇，信息化已经成为各个行业未来发展的趋势。网络的广泛应用为企业提供了很大的便利，抓住机遇，迎接挑战，为企业之后稳步发展做出改变，这是每个企业管理层应当着重思考的内容。论文以现代化企业管理为主要研究内容，分析在网络经济时代发展的背景下，创新企业管理模式的实施策略，以期为现代化企业的革新提供帮助。

【Abstract】In the era of rapid development today， the internet technology has penetrated into various industries， which also brings new challenges and opportunities for the development of various industries. Informatization has become the trend of the future development of various industries. The wide application of the network provides great convenience for enterprises. Each enterprise management should think about how to seize the opportunities， meet the challenges， and make changes for the steady development of enterprises. Taking modern enterprise management as the main research content， the paper analyzes the implementation strategy of innovating enterprise management mode under the background of the development of network economy era， so as to provide help for the innovation of modern enterprises.

1 引言

在网络经济时代的背景下，传统投入产出的经营模式发生了变化，互联网经济实施扁平化的结构管理，开放式的连接、高效的传播速度等，让企业在市场经济的竞争中拥有更为雄厚的竞争资本。企业中的管理者对于企业未来发展具有决定性作用，因此，在网络经济时代，企业管理层应当重视企业管理问题，在发展科技与经济的同时，也要加强企业内部管理，以此来提升企业综合竞争力。

2 网络经济时代企业面临的机遇和挑战

互联网技术具有自由性、敏捷性、开放性的特点，互联网技术的普及和应用也带来了庞大的受众群体。根据相关数据统计，截止到2020年12月份，仅在阿里巴巴零售平台活跃的用户就已经达到了8.91亿，且数据在逐年增长。由此可见，互联网已经成为时代发展的标志，这也是企业所面临的机遇和挑战。……
