【摘  要】教师能够通过课堂观察量表了解相关学生在课堂上的表现，从而根据这些表现对自己教学的具体实现方法加以改进和改变，进而提高自身的教学水平，所以课堂观察量表在课堂中的作用是很大的。本文从课堂观察量表的具体设置出发，就课堂观察量表对教师行为产生的影响作出了阐述，并就教师行为改变的具体方法做了具体的表述，期望对青年教师教学行为的改进和教学水平的提高有所帮助。

一、课堂观察量表在教学中发挥作用的模式

课堂观察量表，是观课教师根据教师、学生在课堂上的各种学习行为建立的一个比较完整的计数资料。从课堂观察量表中，观课教师能够了解和分析学生在课堂上的各种表现，并结合这些表现，对教师的教学行为和学生的学习行为进行了解。任课教师也能够更清晰地了解学生在课堂活动主要环节上的参与状态，也可以根據这些数据，对学生在课堂上存在的问题进行整理分析，并就这些问题提出一些较为现实性的解决方法。课堂观察量表有利于青年教师对学生的行为做出充分的理解，并根据学生在课堂上的表现，对自己的教学方法和教学行为上的不足加以改进。对青年教师来说，这是一个十分有效的教学工具。教师运用这一教学工具，能够对自己在课堂上的教学表现进行汇总，进而对表现出来的问题进行解决，保证教学水平持续不断地向前推进。……
