【摘  要】道德与法治是小学教育体系的重要构成部分，也是促进学生综合素质发展的必要途径，对于素质教育的落实发挥着不可或缺的作用。小学道德与法治教学，能够对小学生思想观念的形成产生有益的引导作用，能提高他们分辨是非、处理生活问题的能力。本文对当前小学道德与法治教学中存在的问题进行分析，并提出几点提高小学道德与法治教学有效性的建议。

On How to Improve the Effectiveness of the Teaching of Morality and Rule of Law in Primary Schools

【Abstract】Morality and the rule of law are an important part of the elementary school education system， as well as a necessary way to promote the development of students' comprehensive quality， and play an indispensable role in the implementation of quality education. The teaching of ethics and the rule of law in primary schools can have a beneficial guiding effect on the formation of primary school students ideas and concepts， and can improve their ability to distinguish right from wrong and deal with life problems. This article analyzes the existing problems in the teaching of ethics and the rule of law in primary schools， and puts forward several suggestions to improve the effectiveness of the teaching of ethics and the rule of law in primary schools.

道德与法治学科与学生思想道德修养的发展有着密切的联系。教师通过相关教学活动，可以培养学生正确的思想观念，使他们正确地认识到生活中的各种现象和问题，提升其道德素质和法治意识，使其成为符合社会发展需求的人才，实现自己的个人价值和社会价值。

一、小学道德与法治教学中的主要问题

（一）教学方法有待更新

受传统教学思想的影响，许多小学道德与法治课堂还沿用着单一的教学方法，以教师对教材内容的讲解为主，学生则以被动地听讲为主，缺乏主动学习的机会，在课堂上交流表达的次数也比较少，以至于许多小学生没有意识到道德与法治课程和自己现实生活之间的联系，认为其是一门抽象化的理论课程，感受不到学习的乐趣，从而降低了学习的积极性。

（二）忽略学生自学能力的培养

小学生的知识基础和认知水平有限，因此自主学习的能力比较弱，他们不知道采用什么样的方法开展自主学习，需要教师的悉心引导。……
