摘  要：在中国日益频繁的国际交往与不断增强的国际影响力的背景下，跨文化交际人才供不应求。本研究以实证研究的方式评价了2019级专升本护生的跨文化交际能力以及跨文化教育教学效果，结果显示，护生的跨文化交际能力普遍较低，应用跨文化教育教学模式后，跨文化知识（P=0.009）和跨文化技能（P=0.215）有所提高，而跨文化意识变化不大（P=0.011）。虽然跨文化教育教学实践有一定的效果，但是未来还需要更多的研究来探索护生跨文化能力提升的有效策略。

Application of cross-cultural education and teaching practice in the teaching of "Professional English" for nursing students

Abstract： To evaluate the intercultural communication ability of nursing students and the effect of intercultural education and teaching. This study selected 2019-level undergraduate nursing students as the research object， investigated the cross-cultural communication ability of nursing students by way of empirical research， and carried out cross-cultural education and teaching practice， and then evaluated the teaching effect.The results showed that the cross-cultural communication ability of nursing students was generally low. After the application of cross-cultural education teaching mode， the cross-cultural knowledge （P= 0.009） and cross-cultural skills （P= 0.215） were improved， while the cross-cultural awareness changed little （P= 0.011）. Although the teaching practice of cross-cultural education has a certain effect， more research is needed to explore the effective strategies to improve the cross-cultural ability of nursing students in the future.

百年大計，教育为本。21世纪以来，经济全球化的发展更是促进了高等教育国际化日趋频繁，为推动高等教育国际化的进程，世界各国高等教育国际化的发展战略被提上了日程，跨文化交际能力的培养显得尤为重要[1]。

语言学家萨皮尔指出：“语言不能脱离文化而存在。”语言是文化的载体，文化是通过语言得以丰富。课程改革的逐渐深入，以及素质教育的不断推进，国内外对涉外护理人才提出了新的需求，也对高校护理专业学生的英语教学提出了越来越高的要求。而《专业英语》作为兼具工具性和人文性的专业课程不仅要传授语言知识、训练听、说、写、译的语言技能，更应成为开展跨文化教育的载体，注重学生跨文化交际能力的培养，引导学生树立正确的跨文化交流态度和交际意识，增强中西文化内容输入，传授跨文化交际知识，提高跨文化交际技能，拓展非英语专业学生的国际视野和人文素养，以便适应现代社会的发展，增强自身的竞争力。……
