摘  要：在当下的高职技术教育教学工作当中，为了迎合当下人才市场对于高素质人才的需求，产教融合，校企合作的人才培养模式已经成为当下高职院校教育教学的重要模式。产教融合和校企合作的人才培养模式有利于提高学生未来工作的竞争力，有利于强化高职院校人才培养的能力，有利于为企业输送高质量人才。本文通过对校企双元人才培养模式的概念和优势阐释，分析了在当下，校企双元人才培养模式下存在的问题，提出了校企双元人才培养模式下，如何更好培养人才的策略和方法。

Research on the Talent Training Mode of Higher Vocational Colleges and Enterprises Based on the Background of the Integration of Production and Education in the New Era

Abstract： With the continuous development of society， the current social demand for talents is more and more comprehensive. Vocational colleges have become the educational institutions to cultivate excellent vocational skilled talents in the current society. In the current teaching work of vocational technical education， in order to meet the demand of the current talent market for high-quality talents， the talent training mode of integration of production and education and school enterprise cooperation has become a hot topic at present， it is an important mode of education and teaching in higher vocational colleges. The talent training mode of industry education integration and school enterprise cooperation is conducive to improving the competitiveness of students' future work， strengthening the talent training ability of higher vocational colleges， and transporting high-quality talents for enterprises. Through the explanation of the concept and advantages of school enterprise dual talent training mode， this paper analyzes the existing problems under the current school enterprise dual talent training mode， and puts forward the strategies and methods of how to better cultivate talents under the school enterprise dual talent training mode.

1  雙元人才培养模式的内涵和价值

双元人才培养，是在产教融合的背景下，加强高职院校与企业之间的合作，其主要问题是有关茶和胶的有机融合，产教融合是一种新型的人才培养模式。在当下的高职院校当中，许多院校根据现有的条件，积极发挥学校的优势，在政府的支持和企业的帮助下，共同培养高时间、高能力、高质量的人才，因此，在高职院校的人才培养当中，要深化产教结合校企合作的人才培养模式，促进高职院校的更好发展[1]。
