构建新型的海洋地质微生物学课程体系培养创新性学科交叉型人才

摘 要:“双一流”背景下,对学科及课程建设提出了更高的要求,海洋地质微生物学是一门新兴的交叉学科,是对传统地质学和微生物学的继承与发展,为适应现代创新型人才的需求,海洋地质微生物学进行了新型的教学内容和教学实施过程的构建,并建立了科学的评价与反馈体系,目的是提高海洋地质微生物教学质量,为进一步促进学生具备创新性思维的交叉型人才的培养奠定基础。

Construction of a New Curriculum System for Marine Geomicrobiology to Foster the Talents with
Innovative Interdisciplinary Ability

Abstract: Under the "double first-class" background, it sets a higher requirement for the academic discipline and curriculum constructions. Marine Geomicrobiology is one of the newly emerged interdisciplinaries, based on inheritance and development of the traditional geology and microbiology. In order to meet the demand of modern innovative talents under the "double first-class" background, we constructed a new teaching system for Marine Geomicrobiology by adoption of the new teaching contents and processes in the curriculum, and a sound teaching evaluation and feedback systems has been established. Its purpose is to improve the teaching quality of Marine Geomicrobiology and promote the training of talents engaged in interdisciplinary research. It is very important to promote the students' innovative thinking ability.

海洋地質微生物学是地质科学与海洋微生物学紧密结合而形成的一门交叉边缘学科,是海洋科学专业的一门新兴的本科生核心课程,课程的教学目标是培养学生对海洋地质微生物学基础理论的掌握与应用能力;学会用微生物学的方法去解决和探索发生在海洋中的一些生物地质过程及现象;其目的在于不但能促进地质学与海洋微生物学之间学科的交叉、渗透与发展,更重要的是在“双一流”建设背景下,如何培养出跨学科交叉型创新性人才非常重要。本课程在教学内容及教学方法上都做了充分的调研,并以多年的教学内容与经验为基础,构建了海洋地质微生物学课程体系,以期和从事地质微生物学教学的同仁共同探讨,推动微生物学与地质学科的交叉与发展。
